Played this course on August 12th 2023. This was the first course of my golf trip and it started off great due to this great course. Got there early and ate lunch which was great. The entire building is amazing with great staff. Practice facilities are excellent and range come with complimentary balls. As for the course itself the greens are amazing, fairways are not dry, and there is drinking water all over the course which is crucial in the Arizona heat. the only knock for this course was the bunkers. How we, it looks like they are doing drainage work so I understand. They also offer military discount. If I come back to town I will definitely be back. Highly recommend this course.
The staff was super polite, helpful, attentive and fun. The course was in great shape and beautiful. I left my ID there and had to fly out early this morning to Chicago, just got off the phone with the pro shop and they're going to mail it to me. Great course, great people!!
Got a good deal yesterday. Really enjoyed playing with Alex from Denver, he’s such a funny guy.
This course will be super busy in the next couple months when the snowbirds move down here.
Amazing course. Super fun layout, pure fairways and greens, really can’t ask for more. Great practice area as well. Friendly staff. Can’t wait to come back.
What an immaculately maintained course! The practice area, tee boxes, fairways and greens were in excellent condition and course is set up to where you do have to hit shots. Played in early Feb as a chosen course on our golf trip and cost was over $240+ due to prime season but that’s a fair price for what this course offers. Looking forward to playing it again when I’m back in the area.
This course doesn’t make you feel your in the desert with all the greenery around it- great scenery - the food was great- recommend the nachos w/ steak for an app! their was a beverage cart for drinks that would come around as well and water stations throughout for these hot days !
Always a beautiful course in great condition 👍👍 staff is always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Had some green this week the greens were beautiful and are running almost a 10... bunkers, fairways and tee boxes in excellent condition
Outstanding golf course layout, the greens were very competitive, nice speed rolled smooth. The fairways were in excellent shape, plenty of room, bunkers well kept, beautiful small ponds vegetation tall beautiful trees, clean water, and the surrounding areas were well kept. Can play there everyday. Great experience, Thank you
Played while visiting from out of town. Quality course, great staff. Challenging for seasoned veterans but not intimidating for those with occasional errant shots. Very reasonably priced for the product you receive.

The Raven... What a lovely, lush, well-kept golf course! In the heart of Phoenix, near South Mountain, is a peaceful oasis. A view of Camelback Mountain is in the distance. Golf is a dream here, and even in the midst of a pandemic, people can play to their heart's content. Safety and sanitation are #1. Eating outdoors is a pleasure, but eating indoors is a socially-distant, enjoyable option as well. Today, our made-to-order burgers and ice cold beer were delicious. Think about the Raven Golf Course for a future wedding reception, reunion, or business event!
A very fun track to play! Have to be on your A game holes 6-8. Staff is always kind and a nice touch having name cards and range balls on the cart ready to go. Tee times spaced well. Range is great with a chill music playlist. Staff member even drove around course giving players scented towels to cool of during the summer. Highly recommend.
Great golf course. 1st time playing here and found the fairways very well groomed greens were, staff were friendly. Definitely would play here again.
Beautiful course. Well maintained and service is exceptional. Good food in the clubhouse. Use the QR code on the back of the scorecard for gps on your phone. Water in coolers every other hole or so and on a Friday the cart came around on the regular. Traps are not sand except on 5; those are pretty good.
The course was in really good shape. They recently over seeded so the greens were a little slow, but to be expected.
Nice course, I mainly used it for the driving range but also played the course a lot. It is very well maintained.
This has become my favorite course to play in Scottsdale. Impeccable conditions besides some standing water here and there from recent weather. Greens and fairways look fake with how green and healthy they are. Staff is top notch and super nice. Great pace of play. Phenomenal practice area. Only thing it is missing is elevated views of the terrain, but I can live without that for the quality of course this is.
Course was in great shape for dead summer conditions. Such a fun course and can be played long from the tips for experienced golfers. Highly recommend making a stop here.
Public Gem and close to the airport. This course was first class all the way around. The staff greeted you and handled everything with cheer and care. The course was amazing and lush. The layout was very fair but still a bit challenging. The greens were very good for this time of year (Jan). Lots of shade on this course. I will be back!
