We have ate inside the last 2 times here and the remodel is amazing. Clean both times, food is fresh and most important allergy free for my daughter. Our new place to grab a quick meal on sports nights.
3/7/2017 * UPDATE* I went back tonight and Francisco was there and he remembered talking to me last night. He made it right. Today, I enjoyed the Cod sandwich. Thank you.
3/6/2017 NOT Happy. I ordered a Cod sandwich combo. I was asked to pull around and park they would bring it out to me. I waited about 10 mins. I got home and inside my bag was a double burger. It was okay but it wasn't what I ordered. I called and spoke with Francisco he said he was already aware I got the wrong order. He offered to replacement or give me my money back. That's great but I don't think fast food restaurants get it.
Where else can you get a quick breakfast for two under 15 bucks?! Sandwich, wedges and a drink for next to nothing. To be honest, their biscuits and gravy are better than some sit down restaurants I’ve been to- and less than $4! It’s fast food- so you get what you pay for, but I’d say the value vs. the cost is in the customers favor when it comes to breakfast.
Worth trying again if you’ve been wronged in the past. The service is efficient and speedy. Bacon was perfectly cooked with a nice crisp and a fresh warm patty! Much better than previous months ago.
Yes the lobby is closed often due to staffing. This is completely understandable considering employee safety and the homelessness in the area.

Did an Ubereats and the order was perfect. Bought lunch for the crew. All tje burgers and fries were still hot upon delivery. One of the fuys thinks he's going to lose same weight and ordered a salad. It actually looked really good for a salad... Still, he was sad the he didn't get a burger. Order was fast and the Uber guy, Zach was awesome. Great job by everyone involved.
Liked how empty and private it was even tho there is so much seating space. You can literally pick a seat and be secluded in your own privacy.
This is the better of the Wendy's in my area and I don't mind driving a little further for it. Staff is friendly and the food (especially breakfast) has been
good.
Despite being one of the only people in the lobby, the service was excellent at this location. Food was fast, accurate, and tasty.
Five stars to this location. I’ve yet to have a mistaken order. I’ve never waited longer then a few minutes. The team is regularly kind and courteous. I don’t have anything bad to say!
This is the fastest and cleanest Wendy’s I’ve been to! All employees are quick and respectful during lunch they will have you in and out!

As fastfood goes Wendy's was good. Service was friendly and fast. No ambiance. The food was hot and as ordered.

I love Wendy's! I try to eat here at least once a week. The staff is always friendly, especially Kelly.
It is 4:45 p.m. and the dining room is closed!
I ran an errand and came back at ~5:30 p.m. Dining room was open. It turns out that they did not have enough staff to open the dining room.
I gave it 4 Stars because other fast-food restaurants, in the area, have figured out how to stay open, but Wendy's regularly closes the dining room for lack of staffing. Even so, I still love this Wendy's.

I never give five of five stars in all categories except in very rare occasions. I will tell you this Wendy's is one of the most efficient and friendliest I've ever experienced. Ironically this location is next door to one of the most efficient Arby's I've seen in some time and it is really cool to have both of these options right by my house. However, I will not talk about another brand on this review any longer, but I wanted to compare the coincidences. Back to the topic, This Wendy's is incredibly good at executing order accuracy and drive-thru times all at the same time. The inside is clean and could really use an upgrade, but they do really well keeping it as clean as they can based on the wear and tear of the age of the restaurant. Kudos to the management team and staff at this restaurant as they work hard and it clearly shows.
I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food restaurants but I was amazed at how fast and efficient the service was. I barely got done paying and my order was ready. Everyone was friendly. The staff deserve a raise!
