This sonic seems to be about the best one in the area. It's for sure the quickest. All your food comes to you really hot which is how I like it!!!!
Great place for a quick stop to get out of the heat and enjoy some cold refreshments! Absolutely love the staff’s friendly and upbeat attitude!

You know, this place is really cool. Sometimes it slips my mind that they're around. Driving it and being able to order from your car is very convenient. They got a huge menu selection with reasonable prices. I think this place is terrific for anyone that's got a Covid-phobia. All the servers bring your food to the car wearing masks. You don't have to send your car either. You can sit outside on the patio seating.
I got the footlong Coney dog with chili cheese on it. It was really good, but I'm sure it wasn't that healthy. That's okay you don't kind of places like this to be healthy. You come to places like this to treat yourself to some affordable comfort food.
Best way to order Sonic is through the app. I feel like they're intercom system is due for a much-needed upgrade. Always hard to hear get order wrong occasionally. Have to use the app to make sure you get exactly what you want. Also nice to order ahead of time so it's almost ready when you get there.
My official favorite junk food spot 🤪when you're craving a little mini sundae for $2 Oreo cookie is my favorite! and the Strawberry Limeade (half price drinks through the app) how can you beat it?? and today, unbeknownst to me-they had half price cheeseburgers-Sonic burgers so with that said I had that a large tot..All under $11 and I am so full and it was really good my server even brought me out more napkins very kindly upon my request😇!

My order was wrong when dropped of at my car. Turns out, it was my fault and I apologized. Instead of letting me reorder what I was missing they took care of me and made the one item I was missing. The team here is amazing! Thank you all for a great experience!
Good food, decent prices and the one thing that sets a place above all others if they've got it (and this place has got it), outstanding customer service.
I bought a couple of shakes online. I took quite a bit longer getting there to pick them (and the mozzarella sticks) up than I had initially intended.
They didn't take too long bringing them out to me, but by the time I got home the shakes had melted into a standard drink. The Arizona sun isn't often kind to cold desserts.
I called 'em up and explained what happened and they said "Come back by, we'll remake them."
There's no need to explain every detail of the story. In the end I had two awesome shakes without any hint of irritation by staff. In fact, the staff was perfect... which isn't a word thrown around too often when discussing customer service at fast food restaurants. Sonic was just that, though. They couldn't have done anything better in my view.

We went to Sonic tonight to participate in a school fundraiser. The employee (Sierra or Sienna) had trouble hearing us when we were attempting to order, but she quickly pivoted to offer an in-person order taking. She came right out to our car within 30 seconds and gave us THE BEST service I have ever had at a Sonic to date. She was friendly, professional, and patient as me and the kids ordered our food - even with all the picky alterations my youngest had for her burger. And, she made sure to confirm all the specifics before returning inside to enter the order. Everything came out perfectly, as our car hop, Ary, continued the excellent service - even returning to the kitchen to get us extra sauces and straws, and remembering to take my receipt to log our participation in the school fundraiser. To top off the great service, the food was exactly as ordered, and it was delicious as well. If you are looking to visit a Sonic Drive In anytime soon, I would HIGHLY recommend the one at 35th ave & Union Hills in Phoenix!

Stopped in for half price slushes and had unbelievable customer service from Sierra when my order was messed up she took care of it very promptly and was above and beyond with her customer service skills really appreciated it don't see that too often thank you sierra u made the day of and the slushes were fantastic
My guest time visiting this location. I ordered chicken nuggets in hot wings sauce, tatter tots and a soda combo, my order was accurate and came out fast. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend everyone cone and check them out, and puck up something to cool you down.
