Bare bones Pizza Hut. No tables to eat at, all take-out. But a full Pizza Hut menu, not an "express" site offering limited menu. I like their ability to customize crust, toppings & sizes. They seem better equipped than most to accommodate special orders. Staff always seem busy but still pleasant & knowledgeable.

Aaron did an excellent job with customer service, curbside. He brought out pizza after pizza to various guests across the lot. He brought out my pizza and drink and then went back and ran out the receipt. The quality of pizza was also delicious, in taste and appearance. Aaron deserves all of the commendations and tips.
I’ve since been back, and even though the guys are super nice, the product appearance has not been great and the boxes are messy on the bottom, but I still give them a 5 for first impression. The photo is from my first visit.
I haven’t had a bad experience with ordering online/app/over the phone. Explore the pizza deals as well! I won’t mark this down a star, but try to avoid Delivery. Because of staffing issues, they have to utilize DoorDash.
The times I’ve done Delivery, either the pizza is cold by the time it gets to my house, or it doesn’t show up at all (I waited an hour and a half for two pizzas before). Pizza Hut at this location made it right by sending an actual Pizza Hut driver to my house and handed me hot and fresh remade pizzas. So I definitely recommend Carry Out orders and pick them up yourself. I prefer going to Pizza Hut over the other competitors because of the continual excellent experiences (and their customer service) I’ve had with them at this location.

It's the best pizza hut in the Phoenix area of Indian School and Camelback Rd. They make your food correctly; and exactly how you order it. Can't ask for more than that! Only Pizza Hut location I order from here on out! Cheers!
Janelle was amazing 🤩. My partner and I visited this location last night after a very very long day. We got there and Janelle super attentive and patient as we couldn't decide what we wanted. She was training a new staff member and they forgot a step which delayed our wait time. We were exhausted and didn't really care, but she offered a addition to our order for the extended wait. Such great customer service Janelle! We appreciate and see how hard you work. Thank you!
Got there 5 minutes just before closing and employee was kind enough to still make me a pizza. He was very nice.
Food was delivered in under 30 minutes, was hot, and didn't look like a disaster whwn I opened the box.
Pepperoni, bacon & sausage pizza was made perfectly. Ordered it online & it was promptly brought out to my car upon my arrival good & hot!🔥🤩
Great guy at the counter when I came in the other night... turns out he's the new manager. The service I've had before was definitely lacking, but this time I was greated with a smile. He's doing a great job getting the place staffed and getting new drivers. I look forward to seeing the place improved, keep it going! Went back a few days ago. They are so fast, told me 15 min and it was done in about 10!
I had put in a special instruction on my order this time & it was not honored. Small request - no green peppers, but a pain in the rear removing them from the pizza. Will check next time I order before I leave the store. That would have given you a perfect score.
The employees at the 18th ave and indian school location were really fast and had everything ready right when I walked in to pick up. The guy at the counter was really nice and damn he was good to look at also!! 😜😍😍
Service is great here, they have always made sure everything was perfect, I love this particular establishment.
