Great location, great customer service. If I have had any issues with my orders they have been resolved immediately! I visit this location when Im beat and don't feel like cooking. I can feed a small army with 20$... Oh and they got the best sweet tea, Mac & cheese, and honey biscuits in the busines
Last time there they saw me get stuck at the light as they were locking so when I pulled up on my bicycle she came and asked what I wanted I ordered a chicken sandwich. They had to cook the thing from frozen as they'd already mostly cleared the line. Most places these days would have left it locked.

Very nice staff and patient as we were figuring out the options (don't come to church often). And fast for getting our food!
This is close to downtown and must have to deal with alot of transients. So, the restroom is not easily accessible. Staff will have to buzz you into the bathroom. My food was hot and thoroughly prepared. And the presentation of my food was great!! I would go back.

This Church's Chicken has been here for eons! This has long since been frequented by people prowling around downtown Phoenix in the evening time looking for a place to get a bite to eat. If memory does not fail me I got some fried okra here once and it was pretty good! Iconic place.
