Miguel the cashier was excellent with his service and also helped me out to pick the best option which saved me some money. Ask for Miguel if you’re ever here. He deserves a raise for his extremely good service. I would recommend 10/10 best churches I’ve ever been to and customer service is over the roof. Give this man a raise asap!
I needed a place to feed a volleyball team who had never heard of Church's Chicken. This was the closest spot. The 3 workers were real cordial and professional. I told them to take their time. They gave me FRESH chicken and the volleyball team were more than satisfied. All they kept talking about was Church's Chicken and how the biscuits are better than KFC. The chicken was perfect and they cannot wait to come back to Arizona for more. Thanks Church's!🤙🏽❤️

Super effective staff. Apologetic it something is still being made and tell you what you're waiting for in your order. Customer service rocks drive thru has quick service to order.

Great location, great customer service. If I have had any issues with my orders they have been resolved immediately! I visit this location when Im beat and don't feel like cooking. I can feed a small army with 20$... Oh and they got the best sweet tea, Mac & cheese, and honey biscuits in the business! Def stop by and give them a try!
Last time there they saw me get stuck at the light as they were locking so when I pulled up on my bicycle she came and asked what I wanted I ordered a chicken sandwich. They had to cook the thing from frozen as they'd already mostly cleared the line. Most places these days would have left it locked. They got me my food Andi got me a regular place to get my chicken from. Them people they got working there now know how to treat the customers right for sure. I'll be back soon.

The best dinner I've had in a long time. And come in and say hi to the awesome staff. And the Manager Angel. She is my great niece. What a nice surprise to look into her beautiful eyes when I was about to order. Love you mija. I'm proud of you.
Very nice staff and patient as we were figuring out the options (don't come to church often). And fast for getting our food!
This is close to downtown and must have to deal with alot of transients. So, the restroom is not easily accessible. Staff will have to buzz you into the bathroom. My food was hot and thoroughly prepared. And the presentation of my food was great!! I would go back.
The service was excellent & Store clean (5stars for that) how ever I have been eating churches chicken for well over 25yrs but for some reason the chicken has not been the same churches chicken as previously this location and the location on 32nd st & Thomas has had NO SEASONING.The last two times I have visited these locations it has been this way.I will try these locations again but if they are still with no seasoning I will then Not Ever Again Eat Churches Chicken.Had me thinking I had COVID-19 due to No taste to find out it was the chicken with no seasoning
This Church's Chicken has been here for eons! This has long since been frequented by people prowling around downtown Phoenix in the evening time looking for a place to get a bite to eat. If memory does not fail me I got some fried okra here once and it was pretty good! Iconic place.

Church's chicken their food is great my husband says it is like southern style cooking the fried okra I have not found that particular vegetable cooked like that. I like the way they cook there chicken the new mega bites is really good ranch dressing and seasoning is ranch also. They make it good and the biscuits are awesome. Thank you for asking. Jalapeno pepper with chicken, and fried okra, need I say more! The staff was friendly /courteous, they gave me mashed instead of okra, kindly corrected it and let me keep the mashed too. The chicken is always crispy, my favorite fried chicken splurge. The inside is a little small, but the food makes up for it. View of Grand ave/ 7th ave while you eat.
First person that took our order wasn't very nice but once the second person was very nice and helpful!
