Initially The food at this place was not great but they made it right! I ordered an impossible Burger and it was burnt black. But I brought it in and showed the assistant manager and they redid it. It turned out pretty good, and they didn't charge for extra tomatoes !
I have had no problems with this location. The service here is excellent compared to many fast food establishments.
I have no complaints about the food, but generally speaking, Burger King's burgers tend to have too much bread compared to the ratio of the inner contents, and they put too much sauce on their burgers for my taste.
The staff were we're very friendly with us and very friendly with each other. Fry's refresh burgers were great and the customer service is amazing
Took our 3 yo grandson here for lunch. His words: "The King makes good burgers and has yummy pickles!" The service was friendly, fast, and accurate - what more could you want? We will come back to this location again.
Pretty good deals with the bk app and tmobile Tuesday i got all this plus an ice cream cone for only $7
Their breakfast sandwiches are decent. The Impossible burger is really good 👍. I LOVE the onion rings here! The people who man the drive thru are always nice. 🙂
I visit this spot regularly. I always get great service. The only challenge I have is that they have an inaccurate menu board that cannot be updated according to the employees. It’s crazy that the owners can’t update an electronic menu??? Employees are always friendly/professional!

I would like to point out that yes places are under staffed and overwhelmed. As I have been for the past year anywho. I went to this Burger King and surprised I was able to dine in. I seen the inside of the restaurant pretty clean I seen about 4 or 5 young kids standing around gossiping. I stood by just to see if I would be noticed and I was by a manager Kelly she came from the back told the younger workers to go sweep or clean something it made me laugh. She had the best personality I have seen in customer service in a while. She made sure my food was hot and fresh. After I got my order I seen Kelly cleaning up the lobby while once again the younger ones kept goofing around. But if she is working I’ll be returning.
Marisol was a queen!! Her service was top tier and I felt wanted as a customer coming at such a late time. Normally fast food workers are pretty fed up towards the latter hours of their shift, but her smile made me feel special and I appreciate her so much. Will be back!
