The staff was really good. I am surprised he didn't lose his cool. The customer before me was a pain and complicated order. The lettuce didn't look very good. The backup lettuce looked more fresh. I have not eaten my sandwich yet, I will update about it after I do.
First off great overall service, we were the only ones to dine in so what I saw was very nice. I think it was the one employee alone today. But what got me was the extra help he gave to someone who was ina wheelchair. Offered to fill his drink for him, gave got the door for him, and helped him get over the bump in the door way that made it a little difficult for the man. He did this without being asked too, offered this stranger the extra hand. Now I understand that customer service is required but he went further. He was very friendly, helpful and patient but most importantly had a good heart. Not many people like this are left in the world but it brought me and my girlfriend some hope for good, compassionate people. I really hope that this comes around for the best for this individual who was able to serve everyone with ease and with the right attitude. The employee's name is Ian.
The young lady here was working alone under pressure from multiple patrons and kept her cool, calming speedy professional manner to her. She noticed guests as they entered it was taking some time because she was alone and to please bear with her. The sandwiches were prepared with care and perfectly to order. She did a great job and the food was worth the wait and she made the wait friendly.
I can't give these guys enough stars. I don't come in often, but every time I have, they have given consistently great service. Went in close to closing tonight and the man who helped me had a great attitude. Store is always clean, food always prepared with care. These guys are A+
I'll always look for a Subway location near me. If you're an Ace Elite card member use the monthly awards feature and 10% off your purchase! Eat healthy and save money. This location has nice staff that seem to enjoy their job.
