I ordered on the KFC app two hours before I needed to pick up chicken for a potluck at work. I arrived at the restaurant on my scheduled pickup time only to be told that I needed to wait longer for my order. It wasn't much more of a wait, but I didn't even get a "I'm sorry we just didn't have time" or you know " I apologize for the wait" from any employee there. Just a here's your food and goodbye. The food and atmosphere was really good but the employee service needs to have some more training in customer service.
Employees could be a little more nice and professional. Drive thur was closed so I went inside and told them it was closed or blocked and the girl said no its open . She didn't even know it was blocked off and closed
Came in today for lunch, the food was fresh and service was fast! There was a young man with glasses that looked like he was running both the drive thru and lobby, he looked like he had it all under control great service at this location.
This KFC was clean and didn’t have much of a crowd. The staff was attentive and working quickly.
I would say the manager that was walking around was the only reason this place lost a star- he was rude and obnoxious with customers. I don’t know if he was having a bad day, but the attitude was just unnecessary.
Food was delicious but must add that the portion sizes have shrunk and this makes it NOT worth the price at this place. I do love KFC fried chicken- but will go out of my way to get it from a different location.
