12/26/2016 I went in to the store to purchase a drink and a bus pass. I just got off work at the Holiday inn Express on 50th st. I walked up to the counter ready to purchase and before even saying good morning to me the lady stated I had stole some head phones that I was taking a look at. I told her
Unprofessional customer service with staff that could care less. I think it is tragic that people who hate what they do for a living take it out on their customers. I highly suggest that you go elsewhere to get gas or snacks, unless you like being treated poorly.
Only one star because zero isn't an option! It's 90° outside and they refused to give me any my 15 month old any water! Walked to Wendy's and got a huge cup for free!
Never seen rude service as bad as how I was treated, take your business to Circle K across the street. They honestly made my day after this lady tried to ruin it. Unbelievable.
Little old guy at counter could care less if he sees you waiting. Waited at counter for 5 minutes after he saw me standing there. Than answered the phone before helping me so he could talk to someone who was obviously a friend, and could not ring me up while he chatted. Very very poor service.
Horrible customer service. The lady owner was very rude! Tried accusing my boys of stealing so I left all my stuff and told her I am not spending my money here if you treat people like this!
Horrible. Filthy and poor service. The guy at the counter doesn't speak English ands refuses to put out of order signs on broken equipment. Never go here.
