When I walked into the restaurant I was pleased to see how clean it was and how quick the service was. I have to say I wasn't too happy about being asked to order on the Kiosk because I feel that doesn't provide customer service. I agreed either way because the manager asked me nicely and the drive thru was busy. I sat and had my meal there and just watched the employees work together and make sure the lobby was perfect and clean. I think the employees I was observing were training because they really put their heart and soul into their job. I sat there for a while even after eating just because I was enjoying the environment and was in no hurry to leave.

Gets really busy on a Friday. Waited about 30 mins for my food along with the 5 delivery drivers that waited as well. Drive thru wrapped around. But the staff did great staying focused and getting them orders out.

I got to say, first off, Taco Bell is my favorite place to eat fast food. Second, I came here at a bad time which is my own fault. The line was super long, but the employees here handled the situation really well. The guy taking orders over the headset Told me to ask the second window about an adjustment to my order. I forgot and I asked him instead, but he was super cool about it. The second guy was getting my drink ready and he had a ponytail and was super polite. I ordered the potato with cheese sauce, which by the way is amazing. I was in the parking lot and a guy next to me saw me eating it and said he always gets the same thing and we were talking about how ironic it is that Taco Bell has these amazing potatoes. The problem is I think not that many people know about the potatoes, so the guy at the window told me to go park in the parking lot and wait for a minute because they were cutting up fresh potatoes. He hustled outside to find me and told me that it would be one more minute. I really appreciated that he came all the way outside to me to tell me that. Then he came back out with my order and was just optimal customer service all around with both of the employees I interacted with. Well-managed location and the food is obviously always good. To the manager, it was about 1255 pm when I placed my order, so I appreciate your management style, but I also hope that you can let the employee taking orders with the headset and the employee with the ponytail to know that they did a fantastic job.

Great customer service and food was hot and ready. Soft taco wasn't correct, though

Always clean and staff is friendly and welcoming , never had any issues and the food has always been made the way I expect to be.

Manager and staff have always been friendly and quick and i always see them cleaning inside when i go through the drive thru! I ❤️ the Grande Breakfast burritos there- loaded with egg, bacon, potatoes, cheese and Pico! Keep up the good work!

It's Taco Bell, what can you say. They are pretty clean here, prompt, and don't get my vegan orders wrong (except once) which happens to me a lot at other Taco Bells. I frequent this one the most for that reason. Edit: felt like this picture deserves posting due to how dang good it looks. Quick vegan food is hard to find especially like this. Got two bean and cheese burritos fresca style (removes dairy and adds pico) and added potatoes, all for about 3.25$ and it'll fill me up. Very pleased with said experience.

This is by far, the best Taco bell. They're short staffed. But their customer service is white glove service. I go there on my way home from work cause my daughter's love Taco bell with gag loads of mild sauce. They don't mess up my order and don't forget the cinnamon twist when I order it. Good job guys. Keep it up. Keep on smiling.
