Visiting my niece in Phoenix and she took me there for breakfast the food was delicious. Big pancakes and the omelette was so good with a side of sausage gravy to dip the toasted homemade bread in what can I say besides Oh My Goodness That's Good Large portions and everything we had was yummy. This will definitely be on the list of places to visit when I'm back in Phoenix I wish I had pictures to post but we had eaten most of it before I even thought about it because it looked and smelled so good we had to dive right in

I love going to Maryann's for breakfast. The food is wonderful every time, the quanity is far more than sufficient, and the atmosphere is amazing. The establishment itself is quite small, so there can be a slight wait on the weekends, but it's definitely worth it!

Food was amazing! Extremely generous portions for the price. Most meals I've had here could be split with 2 people. By far my favorite place to get breakfast.

This food is so good. I was visiting from Arizona and we went in for breakfast and everything we had was delicious. Huge pancakes, omelettes and homemade bread for the toast. The sausage gravy was the best Delicious!!!!

Look at this sausage gravy over biscuits and home fries, SOOOO delicious. I couldn't finish so I had plenty of left over for lunch too. The staff were so attentive and friendly. As any good diner would be, it was busy but not a long wait at all. Kid friendly. Inexpensive. Delicious!

Fast, friendly, homey. What more can a trucker ask when he can't get home for a hot meal? This was my first visit. I will be back when traveling this way again. The food was cooked perfectly, the staff was very friendly, and the decor behind the counter brought to mind childhood memories of grandma's kitchen. Well worth the walk from the truck stop across the road. Locals, if you haven't been here to eat, shame on you. You have something many small towns no longer have. It is a treasure. Preserve it.

Fast, friendly service, generous portions, good coffee with free refills and my bacon, swiss & tomato omelet was delicious! The restroom was spotless. I would have given 5 stars, but there is no designated handicapped parking.

MaryAnn’s is a charming little place. We were quickly greeted at given a little table. The food was great. The atmosphere was warm, like being in someone’s home. Overall great experience.... though there was no phone service in or around the restaurant, and no WiFi. So I am writing this review retrospectively.

The staff s very friendly with fast service. The food was good, quite typical for a dinner. They appear to have both Pepsi and Coke products by the can. My second diet Pepsi (refill you might call it) was only 50 cents. I had French toasts, scrambled eggs, home fries, with bacon and rye toast. The portion sizes were pretty large. My daughter seemed almost confused with her pancake due to how large it was. The location isn't much to look at on the outside but the inside is quaint and friendly.

The diner was busy when I came, but still we were seated right away and the service was impeccable. Food and drink came out quickly, staff was very friendly but not intrusive, and they very regularly checked in to make sure we had enough coffee and water. The pancakes are huge. Two pancakes could easily feed a family of 4, and that is no exaggeration. The hash browns and bacon were perfect, my friends really liked the omelettes, but the pancakes were a tad burnt. Keep in mind there's an additional charge for using a credit card, menu prices are for cash so plan ahead!

Homey diner atmosphere. Place kind of smallish. But the food knocked it out of the park. Fried haddock. Large piece! Great coleslaw. Onion rings and ff looked amazing.
