We have ordered pizza here many times and every times it’s different quality! We don’t expect much from a big chain like this but we have had an issue 2x where they said they would credit us next time we order. We call up and there is no credit to our account. So there is 2 things that happens here. When they mess a order completely up whether it be undercooked doughy pizza or the wrong sauce on a speciality pizza and you call in the complain they don’t want to fix the order now! they want to tell you it’s a credit and then the credit is never applied! This location should just sell off to Pizza Hut!!

This Domino's is definitely not the best by any means. The last couple times I've ordered from there, it takes roughly an hour to get my food. I try not to be impatient when it comes to fast food service because I hate to give workers a hard time, but they really need to work on efficiency. Lately they always mess up on the "quality check" and it takes almost an hour for this step, so I suspect they're remaking it, but it would be nice if they communicated delays better. Delivery drivers are always nice and very fast. I think they could use better management and communicate better with customers.

I placed my order on the App (just like the automated messages insist you do when calling the store) at 10:00pm. This is 1 hour before my local store (in Pickens, SC) closes. At 10:21, the app informed me that the order was out for delivery. 30 minutes later, at 10:51pm, I call the store. It’s a ten-minute drive from my house to Dominos. I was concerned someone got lost or maybe I would need to pick up at the store, just in case. Surprise! The phone rang until AFTER 11 (when the Store closed) and the manager Quentin finally picks up the phone. I begin explaining that I placed my order at 10:00 and he interrupts me to say “the store is closed sir” and immediately hangs up the phone, giving no explanation and not allowing me to say another word. I went to report the issue but they cleverly didn’t assign a driver that left the store. They only marked the order as “out for delivery”. Thus, the app wouldn’t allow me to file a report. Me and my two year old daughter will now have to drive 30 minutes to the next city just to eat hot food from a gas station because we’ve been hungry for 2 hours now and don’t have food at home. Extremely disappointed. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Food on all said it was done. Arrived at location. Some kid with a bun with air pods in his ears didn’t greet me at all. Kept his head down. I arrived he said it’s still waiting on the other. Some old guy just staring at a computer not greeting me either. Very rude. I expect “welcome to dominos” or “be right with you” something. Some dumb camera In the corner keeps shining a light in your eyes as well.

The people who work here and own it are awful people. They WILL tamper your food, bully you and refuse refunds or exhanges. Go to Main St pizza 2 blocks away.

Wings were terrible. Half baked and sauce looked like ketchup speeded on fries. Hate to write bad things but here it is. Ate 2 threw rest away. Will go back but not for wings.

Zach delivered our pizza and my daughter accidentally gave him a $50 bill as his tip. Zach came back with the money and let her know she made an error. Most people would not have done that. He knew she had her hands full when she came to the door with the 2 little ones. Thank you Zach, great job!

Ordered 13 sauces with pizza and wings and tipped our driver $20 and the sauces none of them made it. Dominos says they don't have enough people to send back out at the moment and can't refund the money back to my account!
