This is one of my favorite Canes in Columbus! They are always fast, have great service, friendly at the windows and get your order right!
Taste and service are as good as ever but since COVID, the portion sizes of the chicken are about half the size that they used to be. Before it was full chicken tenders, but now it's slim strips but they charge the same. This is not fault of the employees, I'm aware, but RC needs to make some adjustments with portion sizes.
So happy to see the dining room open again!! Now I can get those juicy, tender with a crunch chicken fingers so fresh hot to the table that I had to eat the french fries first - wisdom gained through experience. ;) Drive thru has been excellent, and highly appreciated all through Covid, but driving them home isn't the same as dining in. Everything was just as I would have expected it to be pre-Covid... all you can pump ketchup, bottomless sweet tea, fast friendly service. Welcome back!!!
The drive thru line moved super fast! The employees were really nice on the intercom. It tasted delicious and I’ll definitely be back again
