This is a new experience as Steak and Shake is now contact free inside. Customers order from a kiosk, seat themselves and when the food is ready they call out y6name or order number. Actually a great way to order as it only took my husband 5 minutes to order food for 3 and ready in 7 minutes. Btw yo

I always love the food here. Nice hot fries. I had the hot dog for the first time and I was impressed! Milkshakes are always amazing. Make sure to try their onion rings too!

Only reason I would recommend Steak 'n Shake is for their milkshakes. If you're looking for a place to eat, there are much better options in the same plaza or right down the street.

NEVER order delivery through a third party. When It did come, it was hours late and cold. Tried again another day and got cancelled after waiting for an hour and a half. i go here often cus it’s one of the few places open late at night and it’s always slow, something is always missing or food is wrong and 90% drive through workers are angry/negative. do not recommend.

Their air conditioner is broke and it was very hot in the restaurant. The workers are not attentive to the customers now that you have to use the kiosk.
