Love Jimmy John's but the last 2 times we were here we noticed the subs are not as full of everything. Like one slice if everything. That's a joke and I refuse to pay for a fraction of what used to be in the them. So Jimmy's lost me as a customer. Jersey Mike's it is.
We love Jimmy John's but they get out order right maybe 1 out of 10 deliveries. Something is missing almost everytime. And today they delivered it to the wrong house.

Friendly staff, but... Didn't even tell me there were other breads like the 9 grain. And as you can see in the picture there's one slice of meat and cheese in each bite... First time at Jimmy John's and won't ever come back.

Young kid making bread with his bare hands after just walking into work, while his colleagues all wear gloves as they should. Meningitis, cold, flu ... should I go on?? This is common sense! I came on the 15tj around 4. Management needs to educate these employees on proper and safe food handling!
It was really good. You guys might need a little more toppings though. Maybe banana peppers instead of hot peppers and some regular black pepper to put on the sandwich. Other than that everything was delicious. Friendly staff clean restaurant .they move all the chairs and booths everynight to clean
