Sat at the drive thru speaker to order food with no response, went around again with the same issue. I thought they were open so I decided to call in and ask if they were having issues. The manager refused to take any more orders this evening after saying cash only because she has "no staff". She isn't even turning off the lights. Just pretending to stay open. I'll be sure to call HQ tomorrow about this witch.

Employees were friendly. Painfully slow and they will not take two separate orders in the drive-thru. Seems like inconvenience trumps whatever reason this helps Arby’s. Annoying rule.
