So I don't usually by fast food much any more but I had a craving this particular evening. My boyfriend and I placed an online order and in that we ordered two shakes. When we got there to pick up our order, they said they didn't have the shakes because they didn't have the machine. We felt so bad for them, they said this sort of thing happens so many times and it's not their fault since the online ordering isn't location specific. But they were sorry for the inconvenience and said we could choose something of the same value. It was a great customer service experience, and they ended up giving us an extra order of mozzarella sticks ☺️ Thanks BB King in Pickerington, you're the best!

The visit was great. Jaalyn was very attentive and polite. She provided good customer service which should be the norm every where, but UNFORTUNATELY ISN'T always so, case in point: We visited a location on February 7th around 4:30 p.m. There were a whole bunch of teenagers working whom weren't professional nor had a sense of urgency. We ordered the family meal and I redeemed the free whopper coupon. When we received the food the whopper I ordered wasn't in the bag and the fries were Luke-warm. We stood at the counter for SEVERAL minutes before an employee asked if everything was ok. One of the employees was working with big green headphones around his neck and nobody wore name tags. The Manager, Amy, eventually came from the office. She asked why the customers, us, were still there and why the drive-thru customers were waiting 5-10 minutes. Sub-par service to say the least. I'm all for providing teenagers with possibly first time employment- I was a teenager once, I get it we goofed off to- but when it came to serving the customers we took care of business. I know there's no way of knowing how a teenage employee will fare but with the continued hiring of uncaring teenagers whom don't take their employment seriously this will continue to be the outcome. We traveled out of the immediate community to enjoy a better experience(there are several locations in the community we don't patronize due to HORRIBLE customer service.) Maybe with ADEQUATE TRAINING and CONSISTENCY the Burger King customer service image MAY improve. Until then our continued patronage may VERY WELL END.
