I had ordered via the app and there was a glitch/error with my order and my card was charged despite the order not going through in the app. I called the store and Mike, the assistant manager, answered the phone and I explained my issue. He was very courteous and empathetic, and he took care of the issue even though it wasn't the store's fault. It's refreshing in post-COVID times to find someone who actually cares about the customer. The driver (I'm sorry, I didn't catch his name), was also very quick to deliver, and very nice as well. Great job to this store (Pickerington), i would encourage people to order here because above all they do care!!!

Good location, nice employees, great tasting pizza! I always order carry out through the Papa John's app. Most days, I receive emails for 40% or 50% off large pizzas or any pizzas. I never pay full price for Papa John's pizzas and I love it!
