These are amazing cupcakes!! My Mom and I picked up 4 as a special treat. We got Strawberry shortcake, Red Velvet, Carrot Cake and Lemon crumble.
Each cupcake is Big! The cake is nice, dense and moist. The frosting is generous and beautifully done.
After a somewhat disastrous dinner, coming back to our cabin for dessert was a real highlight! Definitely treat yourself to some Gigi's Cupcakes when you're in town. You won't regret it!

Being from Ohio and not knowing where is a healthy place, Gigi's was there, staring in my face. I googled gluten free near me, Gigi's was top of list as you see! Reviews were great and we're in a beautiful state, I had to stop and see what all the commotion could be. O my.. I was greatly surprised, they all were so right, I learned as I took my first bite. Gluten free wedding cake, my fav out the take. Love the strawberry and turtle as well, but the wedding cake really made me yell! The most delicious and soft cake topped with delightful icings they make! Make no mistake! There's no where else I'd rather be... I love me some Gigi's!!!!

The wife and I stopped by this little shop to satisfy our sweet tooth. Glad we did. Best cupcakes EVER!! They obviously know what they are doing in the cupcake business. Our cupcakes were moist and airy yet very substantial. We purchased four to go and the box felt heavy. One bite and we were in ecstasy. Unparalleled quality. A mountain of rich, creamy frosting to eat through before you even get to the (chocolate) cake part. I'm pretty sure we are going to make this place part of our annual Tennessee tradition.

The young lady who was holding down the fort was amazing! She was such a sweetheart, and she knew her business! We had to get several different cupcakes because they were all so amazing. Thank you so much, this young lady that was at the store, give her a raise!

This place is AMAZING!! The young lady working (by herself) was super nice and answered all of our questions.
EVERYTHING looked SO GOOD!! We tried four and could NOT believe how incredibly delicious these cupcakes were!!!! They LOOKED AMAZING and tasted every bit as good as they look!! We tried the cookies and cream (kinda if sweet/rich for me, but still REALLY GOOD!), cookie dough, red velvet and wedding cake (our favorite - SOOOOOOOO DELICIOUS!!!)

We are on vacation and I stopped here and bought a salted pecan carmel cupcake, it was the best cupcake I've ever had and that is quite the compliment coming from me, im a cupcake snob and this cupcake was far above even a good cupcake bakery! Excellent work Gigi's!!! 10 star cupcake!!! Moist and strong warm flavors, excellent buttercream and that crumble on top was amazing!

We picked up 4 cupcakes to take to the cabin in the smoky mountains. We chose hangry bear, salted praline, chocolate chip cookie dough, and triple chocolate torte. Melt in your mouth 😋 I am not usually a fan of cake products, but I ate every crumb and so did my husband 🧡🧡

Every time there's a cupcake bakery I always have to check it out. Saw this place while visiting the outlets. The customer service here was superb. The girl behind the counter was so friendly and patient and offered advice on which flavors to choose.
Was delighted to see that they had a wide range of macaroons as well as cupcakes. I love cupcakes but I LOOOOOOVE macaroons. I purchased about 5 flavors and threw in a lemon flavored one at the last minute. I'm so glad I did! The lemon macaroon was the perfect blend of sweet and tangy with a crisp airy cookie on the outside. I wanted to savor every single bite of it. If I find myself in this area again, Gigi's cupcakes will be a must stop and I'm buying a dozen lemon macaroons.
Sadly, I didn't get to eat my peanut butter chocolate cupcake but my partner got a strawberry cupcake which he loved. It had pieces of strawberry baked into the batter which was a nice surprise.
Will definitely be back!

My husband took me here on our vacation and it was the best cupcakes I have ever put in my mouth they were so delicious. I got the white chocolate and the triple chocolate and the owner gave me the red velvet cupcake!! She was very professional and very sweet I plan on coming back here every time I come to pigeon Ford Tennessee.

Cupcakes were good and quiet filling. The lady that was working that night was wonderful. Very patient and willing to answer a lot of questions from is since this was out first visit there. I will be back when I need to get my cupcake on
