The Old Mill Creamery is a well stocked ice cream shop with a super friendly staff. The stock a large variety of ice cream flavors as well as muffins and other delicious treats. There is also a very nice outdoor seating area with tables and chairs for the use of their customers.

This place is outstanding! Great for a quick dessert or snack if visitng the Old Mill shoppes. You can sample the ice creams before purchasing. Has made from scratch goodness.
Ordered the kid's cup since I was so full from lunch. Had bear paw ice cream which was made with chocolate and caramel mixed together. A perfect combination! You can get sundaes here as well. Check the menu board for their current offerings. Definitely a great way to cool off on a hot day!

We come to the Old Mill Creamery every time we visit the area! The Banana Pudding ice cream and Oatmeal Creme Pie Ice Cream are both AMAZING!!! This time we even purchased pints to take back to the cabin and enjoy!

Our friends raved about this place, and that’s why we wound up here at 8:45 - 15 minutes before closing. All the flavors looked good, on the wall and in the freezer. There was a line, and I was hesitant to ask for a sample. But the three young ladies were sweet and patient. I decided on a scoop of Cookies & Cream and Vanilla Bean in a waffle cup. The cones looked too messy on a warm night. Husband had the banana pudding. He said it tasted like the pudding, but better! Mine was good, too. So good that I know we’ll be back.
We sat outside on a bench in front of the store. We watched them put up the closed sign. And we watched large families come and look disappointed. The young ladies opened up the store for them, but at 9:05, with a long line inside, they put up the sign again. They wanted to clean up and go home on a Saturday night. But the few that got in were so appreciative.
As I said before, and it bears repeating, this was our first time here. It won’t be our last.

You need to experience this area while you are here. Great ice cream. Enjoy it outside with your pup with a pup cup. Loved it

Very good, homemade ice cream with generous servings. Tried the peanut butter flavor and it was outstanding. We walk our little dog in a stroller & it's a bit ambiguous on if she's even allowed outside with us while we eat our ice cream. There are signs posted on the walk over that dogs are NOT allowed on the patio. So is this for the restaurant area only or anywhere in their outside area? We are never so presumptuous that we try and take her inside anywhere dogs aren't allowed, i.e., restaurants, but not allowing on the outside seems ridiculous, especially in a tourist area.

The atmosphere of this store is similar to that of a mom-and-pop shop. The banana pudding ice cream was just like the eponymous flavor name. 5 stars all the way.

Brown Butter Black Walnut was some of the best ice cream I have had in a long time. Cookies and Cream and Cookie dough were excellent as well. Staff was friendly. Prices were affordable. I would highly recommend this place!

Very good. Was extremely relieved to find out the "Whiskey Ribbon" wasn't alcoholic. The only person "getting wasted" was my diabetic friend, Carl (God rest his soul). 10/10 would go again, it's what Carl would have wanted.

Delicious ice cream! It’s very creamy and flavorful. The oat mill cookie ice cream was so unique and definitely worth trying! We couldn’t believe how reasonable the prices are. Highly recommend!

We stopped here after lunch for a tasty treat. I ordered the banana split...it was delicious and well worth the money. The ice cream here is the best tasting that I have had in a long time. Servings were huge and the cookie sandwich was the best we ever had.

Delicious ice cream at an affordable price! As well as some baked goods, the wife got "the best chocolate chip cookie ever!"

The wait was short. The ice cream was awsome. They sell other sweets also.

Ice cream was good! I got two scoops which is $4 plus tax. I actually bought 4 medium cups (2 scoops each) for $17.73 total. I chose a scoop of "coffee shop" and "oatmill cream pie" and they were both yummy. The servers were friendly and worked very quickly.

Do you love 🍨 ice cream? Then you will love this wonderful creamery for sure. Whatever you’re favorite flavor may be they will have it, or maybe you’ll find a whole new favorite flavor with the unique concoctions they serve. I’m simple myself so I like chocolate 🍫 and vanilla.

Excellent ice cream. Excellent prices.

They made brownie sundaes in pottery bowls created by a nearby pottery shop. You can see two of them on the table. My mom and I shared one and my sister and niece shared the other. Alan had just ice cream which he said was also good.

Sitting outside, with a hot chocolate, after the sun goes down and the place is lit up with Christmas lights is a magical experience. The staff were very friendly and the selection they have was awesome.

After an early dinner at the Old Mill Cafe the Creamery was the perfect stop for dessert. Homemade ice cream is getting difficult to find so this was great.

Eh, everything was just ok. I realized after coming here that I love homemade ice cream, but just because its homemade doesn't make it good.

Creamery. Here again pretty good ice cream, but take the old mill atmosphere away and it's just average

I recently went to Tennessee (Pigeon Forge, specifically) to visit my parents while on vacation. Pigeon Forge is a very tourist-heavy town, so it was tough to scope out restaurants that got to the real culture of the town instead of tourist traps. But we tried. SATURDAY The Old Mill Creamery - We went here mostly because we had a long wait for our dinner. But there were a dozen or so options in the form of bowls, cones or shakes. I got a two-scoop cone with a peanut butter moose tracks sort of ice cream and another that I can't remember. But overall, pretty tasty! Grade: A The Old Mill Restaurant - This is where we chose for dinner my first night there. While our wait was incredibly long, once we finally got in, service was quick. A house salad and some corn fritters were rushed to our table. I ordered the meatloaf, with a side of macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes (which were served family style) and a pecan pie. The price was about $20 all inclusive. It comes in a nice set. And it was also pretty tasty. The meatloaf was ground pretty fine, so it was crumbly. But the top had a nice tomato flavor. The corn fritters, mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese were all good. Average-ish. The pecan pie was good. Overall, a decent meal. Love comfort food, but the wait was so incredibly long. And nothing was totally mind-blowing. Grade: B SUNDAY Alamo Steakhouse - This is one I wanted to go to because I heard really good reviews. In an act of luck, we ended up going for lunch, so it's a good bit cheaper. I ordered the horseradish-crusted sirloin with a side of mushroom risotto and their potatoes. I ordered it medium, and it was definitely overcooked. I saw no pink. BUT flavor was on point. The horseradish-parmesan crust wasn't so much a crust as it was melted cheese with just a tiny tang (don't be scared by the horseradish - not potent). Mushroom risotto was flavorful, and the fried potatoes were average. Overall, though, very good lunch. Grade: A MONDAY Big Daddy's Pi
