Perfect place for breakfast. My daughter an I visited here while on a weekend getaway. There was a wait which is pretty typical in Pegion Forge. Ordered Walker's Breakfast Skillet which comes with pancakes and my daughter ordered an omelette. Skillet was really good, pancakes were ok. Daughter loved the omelette. Favorite item the biscuits oh my were they good. Order extra you won't be disappointed. Our server was fabulous, very friendly and attentive.
We had a wonderful breakfast here this morning. Flapjacks earned the 5⭐️ I don't give them out unless everyone was totally satisfied with everything. The restaurant was clean, our server Sarah was very attentive and nice. I recommend the mixed Berry pancakes! Delicious 😋
Went here with my girlfriend and 8 month old son during a vacation trip. My girlfriend had the multi grain pancakes which they said were one of the most sold dishes there. However, my girlfriend said they did not taste very good to her. I had the buttermilk mixed berry pancakes and they were amazing! They had a high chair for my son to sit in.
Flapjack's is a regional "institution." You haven't really experienced local restaurants until you go to one. We've always enjoyed our food here. The only item I don't personally prefer is the hash brown casserole, but that's personal preference.
This restaurant is great! The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. The decor really sets the vibe for the restaurant. It made me feel like I was back at summer camp eating breakfast in the mess hall. It brought back a lot of fun memories, it really made the nostalgia hit. It also made me feel like I was waking up in the morning and eating breakfast in a cabin out in the mountains (that is literally what this place is). The food was good, I like the fact that they had options for your protein, especially if you don't eat certain foods. The kids meals had a lot of good options and the drop biscuits were really good. They were hot and moist and didn't dry out on your quickly. The portions were a good size, which for me, was almost a little too much. The only thing that I really have to say, that I guess might be negative, it can get a little pricey. With inflation, food prices everywhere have gone up. This place is totally worth it if you are wanting a good breakfast.
What a treat! Everything was delicious. We ended up eating breakfast here for 3 days of our trip.
Absolutely the best chicken fried steak I've ever had in my life. Our eggs were a perfect over-medium each time. The pancakes were fluffy and tasted great with the warm syrup on the table.
I had a waffle and sausage patty- my husband had a waffle plus sausage gravy/biscuits. Delicious!! Our server hunter g. was extremely helpful about the attractions that we were thinking of visiting. He recommended places we didn't know about, we went, and had a blast! hunter g. was an awesome server and friendly guy who made our experience relaxed and enjoyable. We can't wait for our return trip!
We had an amazing view while having breakfast! Our server was attentive but not shadowing over us! Check out the great pictures down the restroom hall way! Was the best meal our whole trip! Great Job!
Great food and super service. Top light pancakes and do try the twist. That is candied bacon with a little heat. Fantastic
Before we left from our vacation we wanted to hit up a good ole' pancake house. Flapjacks was just down the road from us. Once we arrived, we had about a 30min wait to get our table. We got 2 tables, 1 for the adults and 1 for the kids. Everything we got was delicious! No one was disappointed with what they ordered. Pretty good sized location with lots of seating inside. They also have a little country store with all kinds of knick knacks you can purchase. The service was top-notch and the prices weren't overly overpriced. I would highly recommend Flapjacks, make sure to get there early, since they seem to fill up quickly.
I saw that the parking lot was full, figured they might be doing something right. I thought that with a full house it was going to be 30min wait but no 10-15min. The staff was really friendly so we wanted to wait. The waiting was worth it too, the food was excellent. They brought everything we asked for with a great attitude. I tried to stop eating but everything was soo good! Portions galore. We will be back for sure. I will have trouble going anywhere else when I'm in Pigeon Forge.
Our first time trying this place and it was good. My eggs were majorly overcooked, but everyone else said their food was perfect. The place was absolutely packed, but we were seated within 10 minutes. Our waitress was super friendly and checked on us often, even though she was getting slammed.
Good breakfast place, they have the standard breakfast things and lots of different topics for the pancakes. You have to have the whole party to be seated. It was pretty quick service considering how busy it was and on a Sunday morning. Good service. Would recommend if you're craving pancakes!
They were so busy, but did a great job. The sticky bum pancakes are always a favorite here.
