We enjoyed our dinner here. We came to celebrate my little sister birthday and we couldn’t pick a better restaurant for it. Rachel was awesome as she attended us, she was so nice, careful & she help us celebrate big this important day.
The food was absolutely delightful and so tasty. We had perfect drinks and for sure we had to repeat. We recommend this restaurant, you will never go bad
Cheyenne was our waitress and she was awesome, made sure we has everything we needed, always smiling and refilling our drinks,even a tea to go. Food was great 👍 definitely will be back. Buttermilk chicken was amazing

Best steaks and restaurant in pigeon Forges, I’m from Ohio I love Texas Roadhouses period, but this one especially has better steaks, great service every time we come down we eat here and will keep coming back, thank y’all so much for the great food, service the awesome waitresses that gone beyond outta there way 5- stars all day a awesome manager comes by ask us how’s everything,we say great , very satisfied
We recently ate here on our trip to Rod Run in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. As usual the food was all excellent. The steaks cooked to perfection and the service was above and beyond.
Got the steak kabobs, nailed the cook. Grilled Salmon which was ordered was cooked properly. Half rack of ribs were a generous portion and the sauce was a nice sweet heat. Overall good experience.
Stopped in at the Texas Roadhouse in Pigeon forge after visiting Gatlinburg Tennessee.
Gatlinburg was very busy today 9/4/23 so we just drove through and looked at the sights, I don't think there was a parking spot left in the whole town.
We got into the TR and only had to wait momentarily until we were seated.
Alexis got our drinks and took our order right away.
Marilyn tells me the bread basket was very good (I didn't get any)
Our order came, I got the ribeye steak and baked potato with shrimp skewer and mama chose the ribs and baked tater.
Everything was very good. The place was clean and the noise level was okay, we could have a conversation without yelling like in a cracker barrel.
I would definitely go there again.
Abby was our waitress she was awesome. I had the half rack that fell right off the bone, my husband had the steak and said it was cooked perfectly, my 8 yo had the kids mini cheeseburgers, and my 17 yo had the appetizer trio. We all left our plates empty!!! Thank you to all the staff
Best Texas Roadhouse I have been to. Steak was perfectly cooked. You could measure the sear marks. Ribs were fall off the bone as usual. Our waitress Scarlett was amazing. Friendly and kept our drinks full.
Our server, Hannah was very friendly and made us feel welcome all while providing a high level of service.
Food was great, wait time less than 10 minutes for a large group.

As a rule, I don't eat at restaurants known for long wait times, and I don't eat steak. Saturday night, my friend wanted Texas Roadhouse, in Pigeon Forge, which is always packed with tourists! I downloaded the app to view the menu, and found that I could join the waitlist before we got there, which resulted in a wait time of only about 15 minutes at the door.
I was pleasantly surprised by the many nice menu offerings for non-steak eaters, and by the very reasonable prices! We started with the Onion Blossom. I asked for "a little horseradish sauce" for dipping the onion petals, but they did their name proud by doing everything BIG! I couldn't eat that much creamy horseradish in a year, but it was GOOD! 😂
My friend chose the 6 oz Sirloin, with baked potato and side salad. I chose the Country Fried Chicken, with mashed potatoes & white cream gravy, and side salad. The salads were cold, fresh and colorful, and very tasty! The boneless chicken breast was HUGE, tender and juicy! There was plenty of gravy over both the chicken and the generous serving of REAL mashed potatoes!
Elizabeth, our server, was a doll - quite personable and attentive! One thing that really surprised me, even though the restaurant was FULL, somehow the acoustics of the building kept the noise level down, so we could easily hear each other as we talked. If other TR's are as good as this one, I'll be a regular!
We had a long drive to get here and we went in and a young lady took our name and told us it would be 44 min wait. She was very kind..We stood beside the hostess station and a young man named Sam came over and I watched him interact with guests. We started talking and he was absolutely the sweetest person. He did his job with the best attitude and has great guest interaction! Thank you Sam you really made our night the best!! I wish there were more like you!!
Service was excellent, James took us back 10 years when great service was the norm. He did an excellent job and we can't say enough about how attentive he was to our needs. He came back several times to check on us. We will always come back here when in Pigeon Forge. James attributed the great staff here (which we experience every time we come here) to the management and how he cares about his employees and how that care trickles down. So kudos to the management also! Thanks!
Great meal with wife and friends at the Pigeon Forge Tennessee location. I had the truly awesome Smokehouse Burger with fries that was almost too much for one person, note to self share this with the wife. My wife had the chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy. Our friends had the signature sirloin steak with baked potatoes along with the huge platter of cheesy fries as an appetizer. Yes we will be back again.
Megan was our waitress today. She was so sweet. Not pushy..but was extremely gracious and went above and beyond. The food was excellent. I got the steak kabob . He got ribs.. best Texas Roadhouse by far . 😋
Had a great experience here! Shout to REBECCA one of the best waitress ever! She was so attentive and quick. Kept our drinks filled and rolls coming without us even asking! The steaks were awesome!!
