I oredered a club sandwich to go. I got back to the hotel room to eat it. It was delicious, but they had left the bacon off. I called them and they were very kind about the mistake and offered another sandwich for free or a refund.
Visited the Pigeon Forge location of Firehouse Subs this afternoon (10 May, 2021) and their business was pretty much steady during the time of our visit. This is the best Firehouse Subs I've ever had, by far. The food was super fresh, the service was really good too. We would highly recommend the pepperoni pizza meatball sub, and the turkey bacon ranch.

The atmosphere is cool and provides for a unique dining experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beyond that it's not dissimilar from any other sub shops albeit perhaps on the more expensive side. However some of the proceeds go to a good cause so it's understandable.
On vacation and happened upon Firehouse Subs and decided to try for first time. Had the steak and cheese (split large with hubby) and we both thoroughly enjoyed.
