Excellent for the price, they serve a good amount of food and you can get more refills. We took the offer of 4 proteins and 4 sides to share and 2 desserts. We got chicken, fried catfish, ribs, pork, rice, broccolli, mashed potatoes, and mac and cheese. Total bills was around 50 bucks. GREAT!!!

The food was good. The minimum cost per person was $25. We had to keep asking for refills because only a small amount was being brought out at a time. Cuts down on waste which is good. We picked the ribs and meatloaf. Both were good. The green beans and biscuits were the best! Banana pudding was ok. Peach cobbler was very good. No restroom upstairs in dining area. Kind of expensive for what you get, but a goo experience.

We love going to Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen each and every time that we visit Gatlinburg Tennessee. This year visit turned out to be extra special because we got to meet Paula Deen herself at her book signing at the store.
We went there on Friday November 17 for breakfast and when I was checking out at the store the cashier said that it was going to be crazy the next morning. I asked her why and she said because she’s going to be here for her book signing. I told my family and we decided to come back to meet her.
We were there Saturday morning at 7am and ended up eating breakfast again after we made a purchase and got our wristbands.
It was a total of 5 hours before we got to meet Paula and have our cookbooks signed but it was worth it.
Did I mention how delicious that breakfast was. It was delicious especially the black cracked pepper bacon.

Paula Deen's Family Kitchen delivered an exceptional family-style dining experience! The all-you-can-eat dinner with a choice of two meats and an abundance of sides was a delightful indulgence. The spare ribs were a standout, practically falling off the bone with an irresistible flavor.
The fried chicken was a crispy masterpiece, cooked to perfection. The kids' favorite, mac and cheese, didn't disappoint, and I personally enjoyed the creamy mashed potatoes and delectable candied yams.
For dessert, the banana pudding was good, although it felt like it lacked a little something. On the other hand, the ooey gooey butter cake was a hit with my wife. The restaurant's decor, featuring vintage plates, added a charming touch to the ambiance. The cleanliness was commendable, and the service, led by Peter as our server, was top-notch. His recommendations truly enhanced the dining experience. Paula Deen's Family Kitchen is a must-visit for a satisfying Southern feast in a cozy and welcoming environment.

Our server was pretty quick but very friendly. The family style ordering was different. Their beans are sooooo good. I can't stop thinking about them. They did switch to the dinner menu right before we left, so we were charged more than our menu prices showed.

We decided to eat at Paula Deens last night at the island in Pigeon Forge. The food was delicious and the staff was super friendly. I saw all the lights and movement and decided to walk back to the car to get my gear. Each photo took 30 seconds to take, plus a 10 second timer so my camera didn't shake. These are by far the best photos I think I have ever taken....

We visited her restaurant in Savannah for lunch last year, so we figured why not try the breakfast in Pigeon Forge. The food was delicious, breakfast was family style for $16.99 per person, the service was great, and her shop downstairs was so cute! My favorite was the pigs in a blanket! The light and crispy breading with sausage was the most delightful item we had! We will definitely be back!

We visited early on a weekday morning and had no wait for breakfast. Once seated, our server explained the family style menu and provided us with complimentary orange juice and cinnamon rolls. The food was delicious and a great way to start our day.

Down Home Dishes (3) -
Chicken and Biscuits: the only real 'miss' from our breakfast. The chicken was tough and stringy with wet breading that fell off. The biscuits were dry and lacking flavor. Given how well everything else was seasoned and cooked, this was odd.
Sweet Piggies in a Blanket: tied with the Black Pepper Bacon as the best items we had for breakfast. The puff pastry was crisp and buttery, and the sausage inside was flavorful and rich. These (and the Black Pepper Bacon) were worth the price of admission.
Ooey Gooey Butter Pancakes: The pancakes were fine, but we will select a different option on our next visit. The syrup was very sugary, and the pancakes were not special enough to choose again.
Breakfast Meat (1) -
Black Pepper Bacon: this was amazing. I love an aggressive black pepper flavor, and this bacon delivered. The spice of the pepper and the sweet candied bacon were a great combination.
Breakfast Treats (2) -
Creamy Hashbrown Casserole: an interesting take on hashbrowns with a great flavor topped with crushed potato chips.
Biscuits and Sausage Gravy: the gravy was flavorful. However, we would likely not get this again to allow us to try other items.

Decided to visit Paula Dees restaurant while visiting the area. We arrived at a perfect time as greeted and seated immediately. This was the first time at this restaurant and the atmosphere was very nice. The server and all of the staff we interacted with were extremely nice and pleasant. The menu items had a nice variety of offerings, and the pricing was consistent with the restaurants in the area. The food was brought out quickly after we ordered and it tasted ok. I would return for the atmosphere and the service however, I think the food was just ok. This restaurant is a must visit if you’re in the area to experience it at least once.

My husband and I went for breakfast around 9 AM on Labor Day, we were able to be seated without a wait. I liked that it was all you can eat and they have a variety for you and your group to share. The food was okay, next time we will try the dinner instead. Our server was wonderful, the only complaint I have is the hostess downstairs and the one upstairs were not friendly at all. The one upstairs wouldn’t even speak to us.

The food is absolutely delicious! I got fried chicken, broccoli, mashed potatoes, salad cheddar biscuits, and peach tea with a peach slice on top. Plus the chocolate butter cake. Everything was wonderful. Definitely going back soon!

Love that it was served family style and you can get 2nds. The Ooey Gooey pancakes were awesome. Everything was. You get orange juice and cinnamon rolls to eat while you decide. We had some picky eaters and we found something for everyone. I recommend looking at the menu online so you can all agree on your choices before you get there. Photos are of the Island when we were done eating. We enjoyed the food too much to take pics lol.

Lunch was delicious and so filling. You can unlimited portions, family style, but we were full after the first round. The homemade biscuits & ooey gooey chocolate cake were my favorites! Mike was an excellent server as well. We’ll be back for breakfast!

Service was lackluster from the host stand on up. Our server acted like she didn’t know anything about the menu or drinks that were being promoted at each table. She told us there were not flavors for the margaritas when the promotion itself said to ask our server about the flavors. We ordered one anyway assuming we would get a lime margarita, but she brought us back a frozen lemonade and then charged us for a piña colada. The food was good and tasty everything was seasoned well,the views were beautiful from our table and the atmosphere was cool enough. Parking is horrible, but there are shuttles.
