Me and the fay ate here for Dinner and it was overall very good. I got the steak chicken and shrimp sampler. The steak was delicious and the shrimp was good not fresh but frozen and the chicken was pretty good too. The hash brown casserole is always great. The greens were great too. The family really liked their meals also. For the price it was very good.

Service was a bit slower than usual, but I did notice a tour bus in the parking lot.
My order got messed up. I was delivered 3 sides, none of which I had ordered. They quickly offered to replace, but I wave it off and ate what I was served.
This was a typical Cracker Barrell. The food was great for most of us. The fried catfish left something to be desired and my son refuses to eat. The berry tea was amazing. Out server was friendly and fast. Everything aside from the fish was fantastic! The steak was amazing. It was melt in your mouth and perfectly seasoned!
I hadn’t been to Cracker Barrel in 20 years and i forgot how good these meals are! I ordered the chicken and dumplins and my wife got the country fried steak. Both meals were very tasty with generous portions at a great price. Our server was a very sweet older lady. Great experience!
The food was amazing, the staff was funny and friendly, and I would definitely go again. I would recommend the cheesecake stuffed pancakes.

Most of all, they serve the best made from scratch breakfast meals.
Every Week, my two son's and I place a to go order for our next family adventure each week.
My youngest son also loves, Cracker Barrel kid's meals from scratch.
He always orders, the kid's burger with fries and lemonade to go with his meal.

Went in a Sunday afternoon for lunch. Very busy with a 30+ min wait. Was seated and the server was very friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and filling. Surprised at how much I enjoyed the meal dispite it being so busy. Nice job CB!
Store was neat, clean & staff was friendly. Our server was so sweet & checked on us at just the right time. Over all it was a great visit.
The food was delicious after it was remade to order. I was charged a fee for them to correct their mistake. It was not a large fee, but I have never head of penalizing the customer for the cooks mistake. My waitress was very pleasant, attentive, and friendly.
Honestly with the amount of other breakfast places in the area. I was not exactly gee let's go to cracker barrel but our friend is a major fan. So we went and as always the food was OK grits were absolutely horrible but everything else was great. Was a little surprised that were serving alcohol too.
The store however is a always a do. Not miss

Edit:... Even with the world going through covid-19, this place is still awesome! I have been taking advantage of being able to call in an order way too much. I usually get this server named Gabriel. He really goes above! They all do. I am very satisfied with this Cracker Barrel. They know how to take care of their customers.
As I walked inside, I instantly felt comfortable and home. We were seated immediately. The waitress Isabella was excellent. She was very kind, and she always refilled our drinks. Our food was served quickly and the food was cooked excellently. Warm and delicious. I completely would recommend to anyone who would like a comfortable and gracious dining experience.
I believe our new found friend was Isabella she was wonderful. Very pleasant and friendly. She is a beacon of kindness and took so much pride in her work. Thank you it was a pleasure hope to see you again.
My family and I are here the other night. It took a little longer to get seated as it was a Friday night. However, the wait was worth it. Our waiter, I believe his name was Dewayne, was so attentive… the kitchen made a mistake on one of my sons’ order of which Dewayne quickly corrected, noticing it as he brought it out. Our food was spot on. On our checkout we had a little bit of trouble with some some coupons for kids meals. The general manager, Donna, helped us out and was so very kind about it all. The next time we are in Pigeon Forge and want Cracker Barrel we will certainly eat at this location again!
We can always get a good meal here. Our Hostess was so friendly he told us about some other places to visit while in town. Our server was so nice, it just makes the meal better when you have a good server. He had a veggie place and I had a chef salad. The place wasn't busy and we got a peaceful meal.
