Great place for comfort food, especially if you are into country cooking. Generous servings at reasonable prices. My family ate here and we enjoyed it, though it stays busy and there was about a 15 minute wait outside. (There is some seating available.) Parking can be a bit hard to find, but not too horrible at 2 pm.
Seating is great, the atmosphere interestingly cluttered, and the staff was friendly, cheerful, and accomendating.

Food: food was well prepared and tasty, portions were just right. The cost of the food is low compared to the quality. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for a table to open up but that felt fast and we were able to enjoy our first evening in town.

Went here while on vacation and it was great! The fried pickles were fantastic! The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because I thought the portions were pretty small for what you pay for. My chicken tender meal was 13.99 and I barely got any fries. I did get full but for the price, it should come with more.

It was my first time at Pigeon Forge, and my husband wanted to take me to a nice dinner. We found this place that closes later than many other restaurants, and decided to give it a go. The ambience of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and our server, Rubin, was very welcoming and friendly. His service was excellent. We ordered Fried Dill Pickles for appetizer, and I ordered the Hawaiian Ribeye as I have never tasted a flavoured ribeye before. It was cooked perfectly at medium, really tender and juicy, and absolutely flavourful. It was a great choice. The fried dill pickles were a little bit too salty, but it was just as delicious. Definitely well recommended!

Nice Sunday lunch experience. The restaurant can accommodate lots of people. The food was good and the waitress was friendly and visited our table many times to check on us. The price is reasonable.

We went twice in 4 days, the chicken and potatoes were fantastic, as was the Ruben sandwich and Appetizer sampler!! You gotta get the cheese curds appetizer, they were amazing with the marinara sauce. We met Kerry and Kenny and they were GREAT. Highly recommend this place we WILL be back!!

This was our first time here, we got there around 3:30 and it was the perfect time as we went right in and sat down. It's not the fastest but it is VERY good food. My wife is very picky, one of those that never just orders from the menu, so we are used to having to send things back or change. We had to send back hers and changed to fried chicken because mine was soooo good!! They were very accommodating and very friendly!! We will be back

My boyfriend got the pit master and loved it. I got the fried chicken tenders, the fried were very good, and the batter on the chicken was seasoned very well, but the chicken itself was dry. We ordered the cheesecake and the chocolate cake for desert and they were a little pricey, but the portions were very worth it, plus that's how much any desert would cost around here. At least they're portions are double what you would find elsewhere.

It has a nice atmosphere, is very rustic and woody, great for families. it looks more expensive than what it is. Most meals are under 15 bucks, and I was expecting to pay more. We got the artichoke dip, and it was super cheesy and couldn't taste the artichoke in it, so I wasn't a fan. My main course was chicken parm, and the noodles were way over boiled, and cutting the chicken in the bowl with a knife was awkward. Given the food price, it was satisfactory. My wife said that her meal was great. The waiter was nice, but he had 2 large family tables he was serving, so I was kind of forgotten. So I rounded up to 4 but it felt like a 3.5

Overall our experience was great! After a long day of being a tourist, enjoying the sights we had a huge appetite. JT Hannahs was close by and highly rated. I ordered a grilled chicken lite with rice and broccoli. The main dish was delicious! I purposely ordered a light dish so I would have room for dessert. I ordered the Orange soaked cake. Oh my lawd was that the best cake I have ever eaten!

The chicken meal was good. The vegan and steak tacos were not great. Asked to have the green peppers omitted from the steak burrito but was served with green peppers. The vegan tacos had every veggie possible served on a dish.( who puts broccoli, mushrooms or carrots on a taco?) Guess they haven't heard of refried beans or any other bean.

Came here with a group of 10 on a Wednesday night. We were sat promptly, in a nice clean restaurant. The drinks and food were all outstanding, and the service was great as well. Our server Reata was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. She made sure we never ran out of drinks, took our order and checked on us multiple times. We never wanted for anything. If you’re visiting from out of town I highly recommend stopping by!

Wasn't bad but not really great either. Steak was not cooked to order and tater tots were cold. Server only came back once but luckily we didn't need anything.

Went there while on family vacation. The food was delicious and I thought the prices were very reasonable. Our server was great. Will definitely go back if I’m ever in the area.

Very little wait for a party of 7 on a Monday evening before 6, was a filled waiting section when we left though.
Loaded tater tots and the dip appetizers were pretty good. Using the leftover dip's bread bowl to make a sandwich with an entree meat was a nice combo.
Lots of sandwiches, a grilled chicken, and a steak rounded out our order. Burgers were okay, a little dry though. Steak was great. Service was attentive and drinks were replaced or topped off without intervention.
All in all, great value for the portions and top notch service.
