Who doesn't love Italian?! And this place is exceptional. Come here for the Italian Nachos if nothing else. They melt in your mouth. Our waiter Cody was quick, through and entertaining. Make sure you ask for him. Couldn't have asked for a better server. Carino's is better than bigger Italian brands
Came here on vacation with my family was not disappointed, got seated right away. Our server gave us good service had our cups full, the food was delicious 🤤 prices were reasonable. I do recommend it
We miss having a Johnny Carino's in Knoxville, so we visit this location when we we're in Pigeon Forge and craving Italian. The serving sizes are huge! We always have enough for 2 meals. The service was a little scattered during our recent visit. Our assigned waitress only came over a couple times.
We were seated right away. Waitstaff was friendly. Had the angel hair pasta and was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Johnny combo and the meal was very good. Drinks were delicious. We sat in the bar area which had a casual feel. Highly recommend for Italian food and we would go again.
Great atmosphere and good food. The service was quick and attentive. The bread sticks were tasty and the actual food itself was really good. The prices were reasonable. I enjoyed my food and I will return.

I wanted meatballs and I got meatballs! Great bread and delicious Mama's Spaghetti Feast, meatballs, and Italian sausage. Delisioso! The ladies at the front of the restaurant were exceptionally friendly to the customers and kind to each other. It was truly refreshing!
It's one of my favorite places to eat. Love the bread & spices with olive oil. It's always a great experience with the friendly staff & flavor of the food. Definitely would recommend eating here.
Perfect place to have some delicious Italian food.
I loved their Lobster Ravioli and Spicy Shrimp & Chicken Pasta.
They have great menu with variety of food and drinks item, they also have a separate menu for kids.
The servers are very friendly and services are damn fast.
Had dinner here the other night and the food was good it wasn't the best Italian I have ever had her in the area but it was good. Our server was really cool and nice friendly. If you are in the area I would recommend trying it one time if you like Italian.

My family and I came here for a nice dinner. The servers were very friendly and our food tasted great. I always enjoy the bread and olive oil. The cheese ravioli tasted great. We enjoyed our visit tonight.
We don’t have a Johnny Carino’s where I’m from anymore so stopping in to this location was a must when we got into town. The Sizzling Skilletini with Italian sausage was the best dish I’ve had the whole week while visiting the area. The service was quick and friendly too, definitely recommend!
