Great atmosphere. Staff was courteous. The main course meat selection was great and tasty. The salad bar and accessories were somewhat lacking. Pasta / cold meats seemed cheap. It could be an excellent place if the cold bar had its selections stepped up their game a notch.

My fiancé and I thoroughly enjoyed Gaucho Urbano! From the moment we walked in the staff was pleasant and welcoming. We made reservations and were seated immediately. (on Saturday @ 3:15pm). Our server Amanda was amazing and very attentive! The food was fresh, juicy, succulent, flavorful & overall to tier! Also the white Sangria was perfect (Lots of fruit)!!

This was a great experience. All the servers were super friendly and check up on you frequently. The salad bar was a bit too exotic for me to enjoy. The hot food for the salad bar was great. Because we got a gaucho package, it came with 4 hot dishes that were mashed potatoes, cooked plantains, cheese bread, and fried placenta. The meat came out quickly, and they asked what types of cuts you like. But the best thing that they have is the spiced pineapple. Overall, it was a great experience, and I recommend that anyone who comes here try it.

My friend and I were in Gatlinburg for her birthday and I made reservations. Unfortunately, we had to wait for about 20 minutes to get seated with reservations. The hosts were nice. We did the whole experience and it was worth it. The cheese bread was so delicious and soft but don't get full on that. Variety of options at the salad bar. There was plenty to eat. Second time here and I haven't been disappointed. We asked for some cheese bread to go. Warmed it up the next morning and it was still delicious

If you leave this place and you are still hungry then you did something wrong. They are always bringing different types of meat to your table so you will always have food on your plate. It's not cheap, but for an anniversary or something you have planned for your significant other it's a great place to take them.

You have to try the Picanha! Amazing 🤩. We came here for dinner after a day of cabin hunting. We love the options on the bar. All you can eat, very tasty meat selection! Good service. Great atmosphere. I thought I would be under dressed but everyone looks like they have been “out to play” so don’t hesitate to come as you are! Hope you get a chance to try it will in Pigeon Forge!

We attended as a large wedding party. The wait staff explained the process to everyone who had never experienced this type of Brazilian restaurant. The food was phenomenal! Cooked to perfection and they kept the meat coming. The hot and cold bars were consistently stocked and fresh. By far the açaí margarita was delicious!
They were very accommodating too with serving the wedding cake we brought. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal, and ambience. The staff was friendly and very attentive. I’d definitely return and recommend eating here.

We ate here on Thanksgiving Day. I made reservations about 3 weeks in advance, and it still took us awhile to get seated. It was a busy night. My family loves eating at Tucanos, so we figured we'd give this place a try. For the price we paid, I was expecting something better. Other than a few steak choices (garlic and the bacon wrapped filet mignon), and the pineapple, everything else was pretty mediocre. The salad bar was nothing special as well. The service was good for the most part. We had to keep asking for specific meats. They kept stopping by our table with the same couple of cheap steaks and pork chops over and over. We likely won't be back.

Everything was delicious. The only not perfect part was that we had one of our side dishes cold but when I asked for some fresh ones they immediately replaced it. Everyone was beyond nice. It is pricey and not for everyone I'd say if you're interested in the experience and want to splurge this is the place to do it.

You better come hungry! Because they don’t stop brining you food! So If you want endless delicious meat this is an amazing restaurant! The grilled pineapple is Devine! The desserts were also so fine!

Loved this place! Had my birthday dinner here, my wife is Brazilian and it’s always hard to find a good Brazilian spot to eat. It’s a tad on the expensive side, but most Brazilian steakhouses are, and this one was definitely worth it. They bring various meats and items around and slice things off onto your plate as long as you’ve got the green side of the coaster showing. The buffet has everything you could want and the grilled cinnamon pineapple was amazing! They even made me some fresh passion fruit juice (suco de Maracujá), and gave me a slice of really rich chocolate cake with a raspberry drizzle. Will definitely go back next time we’re in Myrtle!

A beautiful restaurant with excellent food and service. I’ve been to Brazilian barbecue restaurants all over the USA and this one is definitely the best. The salad bar was fresh and very good. It has both traditional salad options plus several hot food options. The meat options were offered in a timely manner, so we never had to wait. They were hot off the grill very high quality. The staff was excellent and our every desire was met. The white linens added to the beautiful ambiance and the restaurant is very clean. Definitely a 5 star experience.

My first time at a Brazilian steakhouse!! Very, very nice atmosphere!! I didn't know what to expect so I just jumped in with both feet and got the 15 meat experience. They offer chicken, steak, pork and lamb. I'm talking ribs, bacon-wrapped chicken breast, teriyaki chicken, porkchop, ribs, sausage, filet mignon, sirloin, ribeye, leg of lamb, lamb chops (which was my favorite!). I also like that they had a hot and cold bar with plenty of choices. Not a bad price either...about $60. They also have a 9 or 10 meat choice also for a lesser price. My only complaint is that I got full and couldn't eat all 15 meats!!!

Super clean and friendly. It was well worth the cost. We did a reservation, arrived 15 minutes early, and only had to wait a couple minutes before being seated. Clean bathrooms and they have a stool for the little ones to stand on. They were very friendly with our children and catered to every request quickly. I prefer meat well done and they would go get it and bring it back quickly. Dessert was worth waiting for as well. I didn't see much about dress code but saw everything from sweatpants to suits. I highly recommend giving a try!

The food was AMAZING and the experience was great. You have the option to try up to 16 different meats and they were all phenomenal. The unlimited salad bar offered EVERYTHING, the sides were also unlimited and tasted great. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, great for any occasion. It is definitely a place you MUST visit when in Pigeon Forge. The green and red token that they give you was a nice touch to the experience. You get a token that you flip to the green side when you are ready to be served. The servers come out with a variety of meats until you flip your coin to the red side for a short break. I was so full but the food was so good I wish I could eat more. The only downside is that your not able to take food home and that is disappointing as the food that remains on your plate would be better suited in a to go box Vs having to waste it. However I do understand, I wouldn’t have minded the rest of my pineapple as I was too full to enjoy all of what I had.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary. Let me start by saying the food was delicious and we weren’t disappointed. The staff were all very friendly. However, we are from out of town and wanted to go to a nice restaurant to celebrate. We dressed up in the attire we wore to our rehearsal dinner thinking it would be an atmosphere that matched. We were a little disappointed to see very casually dressed people and children screaming. We were anticipating a more romantic and quiet ambiance with dimmer lighting (lights were very bright). Overall, we enjoyed our dinner. They even gave us a celebratory dessert on the house which was unexpected and very much appreciated.

Wonderful place. The food is amazing, the staff is awesome, They were right there, with hot fresh meats for us to try. It was truly, a great place to celebrate our anniversary. If you leave hungry it's your own fault.

Hands down 5/5! Food was great. Constant food going around cooked and seasoned to perfection. The salad bar was unlimited, included lobster bisque, bread, rice and beans. I recommend the chocolate cake dessert
