I stopped in here for a late lunch because I've been dying to try out some of their menu items, and I wasn't disappointed. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that had bacon and provolone on it, with fries and a Coke. Everything tasted fantastic! They are a little pricey, but I expected that because it's a Dollywood Resort. I'm definitely going back to try something different next time. The service was wonderful also, and there was hardly anyone else there when I went. They also let me tour the dining hall, which opens at 5:00 p.m. Everything is beautifully decorated for Christmas, so there's tons of places to get pictures in the lobby areas. I'll update my review after I eat here again.

his was a wonderful breakfast for my sons upcoming birthday this week! First, Dolly's hotel is stunning. It is worth the visit just to see it! The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. We were sat at a table near the buffet and my kids thought it was the coolest thing. The make your own omelette chef was very good at his job and made me the best omelette I have ever had. There is something for everyone! The yogurt parfaits, prime rib hash, and fresh-made omelettes were the star of the show. If you have a season pass to Dollywood, they honor your discount there! I highly recommend!

This is the first time we visited Song and Hearth. The restaurant is beautiful and everything was delicious! Great service by our sweet waitress, Dottie! They served prime rib and it was cooked perfectly! There was a cook that whipped up some alfredo for me…so good! Lots of food for the kids; bbq sliders, chicken strips, fries, pizza. The resort is also beautiful and there was a harpist playing just outside of the restaurant. Even the bathrooms are beautiful, y’all!

Best cinnamon bread I have had. Melted butter and thick cinnamon sugar spread throughout. Every bite had cinnamon sugar and it was evenly distributed. Icing was a nice enhancement but the cinnamon bread was good enough to eat without the icing. The icing was the perfect amount of sweet and was not too rich. This is a must try.
Buffet was delicious. Three types of fresh juices: apple, orange, pineapple. Bacon was crispy. Two types of eggs. Omelette station. Yogurt bowls. Oatmeal. Biscuits and gravy. Only thing of note was all of the potato options were sub par compared to other available items. I didn't finish any of the potatoes. The buffet was worth it overall.

Don't pass up the donuts. They have excellent breakfast and brunch on Sunday. There is so much good food but the simple old fashioned donut wall is super nostalgic. Fried chicken and prime rib? Yes, please.

Ate here for breakfast during our stay at Dreammore resort. I like the fact that before you are seated they ask you about any food allergies.
Although you can order the buffet there are ala carte items you can choose from. Our family decided to stick with the buffet. The coffee was good and hot and our waitress very attentive to our needs.
Typical breakfast fare with a few standouts. For example they have a "donut tree" where you can pick a donut through a glass door. Made to order omelettes and eggs any way you like. Different types of pancakes, hot prepared foods along with breads and pastries. Waffles have the trademark butterfly in the middle however they are served in quarter portions.
My favorite was the prime rib hash-so good! Enjoyed the omelette, the vanilla French toast, applewood smoked bacon, and the scrambled egg mixture. Although you can for an upcharage order a small cinnamon loaf for some reason during our visit they didn't have them. No big loss, there's plenty to eat along with orange and apple juice.
Beautiful rustic setting with weathervanes and a fireplace to make your visit more enjoyable.

Dolly Parton’s place definitely gets an A+. Catfish great. ribs great. people great. cleanliness great. you’re gonna spend a few $$ but you’re going to have amazing southern food. Ribs were number one over everything. Video review coming to the Jack on the go show on YouTube.

We had a great experience! We went in on a Tuesday - picking the menu with more southern fare - and loved it! Not everything was 'amazing' as other reviewers had said - but enough was above average and freshly re-filled. The pork loin was good! The ribs were tasty, though not fall off the bone. Loved the Green tomatoes, etouffee and chow-chow! The atmosphere was lovely. We also loved the service: the hostess who seated us (who called everyone 'my love' - you know who you are) was such a sweetheart, and Dottie our server! Thank you Song & Hearth!

Rich southern-fare, which isn't a surprise to any going to this buffet-style restaurant. Delicious food in quaint, trendy atmosphere with beautiful views and many photo ops. The thing my kids loved BEST was walking around the property afterwards!
Bottomless buffet options sure make for deliciousness, but also will make you bottom-full (🥁🤣) if you don't watch the quantity! We ate dinner there and recommend it all, with a nice touch or two of Dolly added. Extremely friendly and chatty staff member 😉

I normally don't like buffets since the food is usually bland but everything I had was tasty. The service was great. I will definitely go back.

A nice restaurant inside Dream More Resort & Spa. We had the buffet and sampled almost more than our bellies could handle but saved just a bit of room for desert. Our server, Karen, was delightful & helpful. The food was delicious and the cocktails & hard cider hit the spot too.

First off, this place is beautiful. There is so much detail and fine little touches everywhere you look. Secondly the food is INCREDIBLE. I am from the south, I know good southern cooking. If it ain't my mammaws house, finding home cooked southern cooked meals are secret little hole-in-the-wall restaurants. To be so main stream, this place has some dang GREAT southern foods. All your favorites, cooked well, clean, and full of southern love in true Dolly Fashion. Sunday Brunch is my favorite because you get the best of both worlds. It can be pricey for some at about $25.00 a person, but it is buffet style, so you will NOT leave hungry or disappointed. The fried Chicken is SO GOOD and CRISPY, the prime rib and steak are tender, And who doesn't love a Donut Wall with DIY toppings! Plus, after your all fat and happy, walk it off by looming at all the neat Dolly stuff inside the hotel and walk the grounds outside too to enjoy all the nature and flowers. ANYTHING DOLLY DOES IS PURE GOLD! This restaurant is a must if you want a southern cooked meal the meets everyones tastes!

Lovely staff and amazing food choices at the buffet. We can not think of any negatives at all, it was a fun and we attempted to try all various foods but way too many and food definitely beat us.
