The food was amazing!! 😊 The cheese bites and honey butter croissants are incredibly delicious. Oh and the spicy wrap they have is awesome too (I don't remember the actual name, sorry). But service was great and the atmosphere was calming. Definitely will come back again.

Ah, mazing. Here from Indiana and I'm incredibly impressed. Go! You won't be disappointed. We got the herb roasted chicken and fried chicken sandwich and cheese curds. All of them are amazing!

Our server Jessie was great! She alone deserves five stars. Our food was all impeccable. The croissants are to die for.

Everything tasted great, but they were a little skimpy on the rice. I got the grilled salmon, broccoli cheese casserole, and the baby carrots. This was on Friday of the rod run, so I was impressed how fast they were. It was around 4pm, so I guess I picked a good time.

Nice atmosphere. Prices weren't too high. It was a little cold so our food got really cold really quickly once it got to the table. I had the Monte Cristo and my husband had the ribs and chicken tenders. Our son had the kids cheeseburger and french fries, which of course he ate most of. My food was good, but I do believe there was way too much "bread" on my Monte Cristo for my taste. Otherwise it was delicious. My husband wasn't a fan of the ribs. He stated there wasn't really any smoke flavor like the menu said and they weren't sauced that much either. Service was a little slow in my opinion too. Overall, we would come back on our next vacation and give them another chance.

Good food at decent prices. Nothing fancy, just quick and decent food that is fast when you're hungry with friendly service too. Service started off with a honey crescent rolls. They call them croissants, but they are more of a role than a true croissant. They were fresh and warm. Honey butter drizzled over them and made them slightly sweet. We had the 3 entrees: Creamy Garlic Tilapia and Shrimp. served over rice. The fish was a bit more fishy than I expected. Sides were "loaded" baked potato, which is butter sour cream and cheese and steamed broccoli. Grilled White Fish (lemon pepper) served on rice. Whitefish is rather an ambiguous name rather than a species. This "white fish" was mild and enjoyable if not a bit salty to our pallet. Sides were broccoli casserole and mashed potatoes. Bourbon-Glazed Grilled Salmon dinner. Sides of broccoli casserole and rice. The salmon is a typical but tasty fish, nothing to make it stand out amongst dishes. They entrees were seved al quickly and hot when they arrived. Our server kept our glasses full and let us eat and talk. Just the right amount of attention. Given that it was a late meal, the restrooms were in need of attention but large and well lit. Overall, the restaurant had a clean and stylish vibe as much as a chain can have. The AC was set cold, so if you are a person that gets cold, bring a jacket or dress to suit the cool temp. I imagine that if the restaurant was busy, the air temp would be perfectly fine. Paying the bill was simple and easy due to the at table kiosk. Recommendation for good meal and for families. Next time, I will try the 14oz rib eye or Texas T-bone 😊

UPDATE 8-9-2023 First time ever getting a burger here (wanted to try something different) it was the bacon cheese one with tomatoes and onions it was really good. Our waitress was the best we ever had here. We will be back again. UPDATE 2-8-2022 Everything was good as always our server ever got us to check our steak as soon as we got it to make sure it was cooked to order. Great food very nice waiter and if you have never tried the rolls than you are really missing out.

This was my go to spot. I am vegetarian & this was one of the only spots that was affordable & delicious. My bartender with blonde hair, cute, very experienced was so friendly to me. I'm so glad she was my bartender for the trip.

If I could leave this restaurant a 10 star review I would. We had a terrible experience with another restaurant and headed here to try and get food. We got here less than 30 minutes before they closed with a group of 9. They took us in, Matt the manager was beyond amazing with his demeanor, his kindness, warmth and made us feel at home. We had the most amazing meals and dessert! I would absolutely recommend this restaurant! I also want to point out Jessica, our server who was beyond attentive!

Overall, the food was good. Wisconsin Cheese Curds and Loaded Fries appetizers were good size. We ordered the Monte Cristo, Shrimp Alfredo, and Grilled Chicken Alfredo. For dessert we chose the Legendary Monster Cookie. The Alfredo wasn't bad, but the sauce isn't as tasty as some other Italian restaurants.

First Try. Went because of recommendations, 11pm close time, and affordable steak selections. Tip: Order steak rare if you like medium rare, they are thin. New item I ordered was the $22.00, TBone, 16 oz, it was flavorful, but could have pre trimmed the fat a bit more. Came with 2 sides, I chose red beans and rice, flavorful, and coleslaw, meh, a bit dry. There isn't any complimentary bread or anything, but I saw a sign that offered online registrants free chips. As an appetizer, I ordered the only soup on the menu, loaded potato soup. Thicker than soup, but loaded with chewy bacon bits and cheddar, and of course big chunks of potato. Pretty tasty. As a drinker, I prefer to sit at the bar to get faster service and some conversation since I am solo. Service started out ok with 1 experienced 30 year old gal that was engaging, and one 23 year old neophyte that was coming down with the closing time-itice. Experienced one checked out and the 23 year old disappeared in the back for 15 minutes just as I was trying to pay. I'm not sure why bartenders and servers don't immediately drop a coaster and silverware, but that omission happens alot when I dine out. I had to ask for silverware and napkins after I was served my appetizer. Some bars are so relaxed and professional because of training and properly assigned duties making them seem customer focused. Cheddars bartenders, however, are battling glass washing duties, never able to look up to visit with patrons, make suggestions, or add on sales, My recommendation- glasses should be bused by a bar back and wisked away to the back of the house dishwasher for a proper hot sanitizing clean cycle, leaving the bar keep engadged. Drinks: Beefeater Martini was $10.00 good drink, but missed the lemon twist twice. Nice and cold, Hope the glass was clean. In summary, I recommend Cheddars. I would go again. The atmosphere was better than most, warm, brick decore, tasty food priced right, other patrons food looked delicious, like the pasta and croissants and salads. Service is always hit or miss at this level of restaurant, which I would put a step above Chili's, Applebee's, and TGI Fridays.

Nice sit-down restaurant in Pigeon Forge. The ribs were very good! Honey butter croissants while you wait for food were delicious. Service was a little slow. We sat there awhile before someone came over and served us. Great atmosphere.
