Not your normal burger and fries place! Great flavors and variety of options. Definitely a place to visit if you like burgers and fries. I am a big fan of the sweet potato fries! Seating is, however, very limited. My frustration was that it took an hour from the time I walked in the door till I got my food. I would love to see that improved.

Stopped in with our family while on vacation from Utah. The restaurant had a great vibe, fast service, & excellent food. My wife ordered The Betty White & I got the dinner salad. Both were fantastic. Highly recommend stopping in if you're nearby.

I tried the burgers and fries and they were both yummy. I was impressed that their side salad was substantial and not just limp lettuce with a few croutons. I also had their white bean chili and it was fine, it was spicier than I expected. The bbq Mac n cheese was delicious.

Stopped by to grab a snack after some shopping. We got a 4 pack of bites: 2 Chocolate chip cookie dough bite, 1 Reese cookie dough bite, 1 white chocolate raspberry cookie dough bite, 1 Chocolate shake, and 1 order of the Frytato.
When we Walked in we browsed the cookie dough bites and were greeted by an employee behind the counter that pointed out we could sit while we browsed the paper menu.
The employee that took the order was friendly and helpful. The food came out maybe 5 minutes later, and the shake a minute after that. I asked for it To-go but there was no utensils so the employee grabbed me some and we were on our way.
Once settled at home we tried the fries and they were okay, 4/5. I felt the quanity could have been more and more sour cream. The seasonings were great though, very flavorful.
Cookie dough bites are a heafty serving, great size for price. I liked the chocolate chip one, 5/5. The white chocolate raspberry was somewhat of a let down. 3/5
The raspberry sauce tasted like it was stale, like hard or something, and there's not a lot of it - I wouldve liked more drizzle for a bigger punch of flavor or have maybe a ball of it inside the cookie dough to keep it from sitting out and getting hard on top, I feel like it could be reworked.
The chocolate shake looks amazing, but it's definitely for super chocolate lovers only. Very syrupy taste. 3.5/5.
Also, the shakes are not listed on the paper menu nor is there a menu board inside the store, so I had to hunt down the shake menu on their website.
Overall I would definitely come back at another time to sit down and eat inside while it's hot and fresh to try the burgers and some other items on their menu.
I absolutely love the fun burger and food names on the menu, really cute details.
The inside of the restaurant looked clean, along with the counter/drink fountain.

Wow, we will definitely be back when we are in town again! The burgers we got, the CI 6 and the double chin, were absolutely perfect, delicious, juicy, flavorful, 5 stars doesn't do it justice. The frytato was very good, fries, cheese, bacon, sour cream. And the queso and chilli with chips was also very very delicious. And we got milkshakes and cookie dough bites. It's all amazing! Will definitely go back.

So delicious! This has a simple atmosphere. Order at the counter, get a number and they call it out when ready. It’s a slightly longer wait time but it’s made fresh and it’s worth the wait. I got the Italy and if you like pesto you’ll love it! I really enjoyed it. The chicken is cut into thin strips which makes it easier to bite. The sweet potato fries are really good as well. My daughter says the chicken tenders were the best ever! And I was impressed that her side of pineapple was fresh- not from a can.

We got there at 8pm. This place was busy! I had the Bacon Burger that had Jalapeño Poppers on it and sweet potato fries!
Burger was a little over cooked but still delicious! Sweet Potato fries were crispy and wonderful!
My wife had The Italy on sourdough without chicken and Crinkle Cut Fries. She loved it all especially the fries!

We were in town for a women's conference. (10,000 women in attendance.) Finding a place to was a challenge for everyone. Cookie Dough Monster - Burgers did a great job. They had 7 employees working as quickly and efficiently as possible for the number of people coming and going. Most of them were younger only one older adult out of the 7. They did an awesome job. Very friendly, had great attitudes, and they were all working hard.
I had the EL Diablo. It was delicious.

Food was great! Salad was fresh, burgers were drip down your arm juicy, sides could have stood alone as well. The Mac and cheese was super delicious!

Some friends and I just had our first visit to Cookie Dough Monster. The food was amazing! The service was okay. My biggest concern is that the only way to access the menu is by QR code and it wasn't loading for several people in our group. I would advise checking out the menu online before you get there. Not sure if they just have a bad network signal there or what, but trying to access the menu was frustrating! You have to stand in line to order and then they call your number when your food is ready. I got a classic grilled cheese sandwich, sweet potato fries and a brownie sea salt milkshake which were all delicious!! We will definitely be back next time we are in town!!

So friendly! We had a large group and I couldn’t pull up the menu so the cashier pulled it up on her phone and was so patient with us, didn’t make me feel rushed at all! The food came out quickly and looked delicious. And it was, all of it! I got the Swiss and mushroom burger with sweet potato fries and it was absolutely the best burger and fries I have EVER had!!!!! We are just on vacation but that would be a favorite spot for sure if we lived here!!! Thank y’all!

My husband and I came here for a quick lunch in-between some site seeing and shopping throughout PF. We saw they had a good rating on Google with a delicious-sounding menu and lots of burger/sandwich options. We had no idea it would be THIS good.
Service was great! I asked our cashier, Tofu, for her suggestion of the two options I was torn between and with a high recommendation from her, I chose the Hennifer Lopez. Incredibly delicious and monstrous! I got the side of sweet potato fries with caramel sauce. My husband ordered the Nashville’s Hottie with crinkle fries and loved it.
We wanted to order the cookie dough bites but were so full!!
Would highly recommend trying this place when you’re in the PF/Gatlinburg area!

Get yourself here as soon as possible. An unassuming joint in a strip mall near The Island, Cookie Dough Monster is our new favorite spot whenever we are in Pigeon Forge. The food looks incredible and tastes even better. A great spot for folks with dietary restrictions, including folks with celiac disease.

I had the BBQ Bacon Burger - 8oz beef patty, bacon, pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, grilled pineapple, & Smoky BBQ sauce. It was one of the best burgers that I have ever had. Not a big fan of their fries. But it's well worth a visit!

My husband and I both agree the best burgers we've ever had. And it's nice there are so many options for sides. We got the Shroom & Swiss Burger and my husband got the burger with the jalapeno poppers on it. Glad we found this place, we'll definitely be back.

Heard about this place in a news article saying it was the number 1 hidden gem in Tennessee. It was absolutely amazing. The door was great, the service was speedy and fast. All the employees was nice and professional. Would visit again!

Cookie Dough Monster is a must when visiting Pigeon Forge. The CI 6 Burger is outstanding! Cooked just right and the sauteed onions really made it worth the wait. The Fritato's were excellent. Highly recommend! As you can see I cleaned my plate. My wife had the Island with regular fries which she enjoyed also.

Freaking great food. Best burger I've had, and the chicken waffle sandwich was exceptional best I've had as well. Definitely recommend this place. You're missing out if you have not tried this place.
