Newly renovated. Nice clean place. Has all the flavors you'd expect. Friendly service. Prices reasonable.
The lady working there was cheerful. She was knowledgeable about what that had. They have two iceceams that have less sugar in them.
Very good rocky road. It was hot so I had them put it in a sugar cone and in a cup. Good thing because it was 90 and it melted a lot in the cup. 😋
Summer made our Anniversary cake and it was wonderful! Cake was moist and designed perfectly! Thank you for your excellent customer service and we will be using you guys for future visits to pigeon forge, we come every year! Thanks so much again, we enjoyed it!
The ice cream was good, definitely up to Baskin Robbin's standards, but the guy working was complaining about how tired he was. He was propped on the counter like he was wore out, and didn't look like he had done anything all day. Acted as if it was killing him to scoop out our two scoops of ice cre
I love this ice cream chain because they are the only one (except a frozen yogurt store) you can get coconut ice cream.
Very friendly staff, great ice cream choices. I had two scoop wild berry and cotton candy on a waffle cone. Great combination that was suggested by the worker. Make sure to stop by here for your 31 flavors.
They offer a very nice selection of ice cream and ways to eat it. I love their waffle cones. Prices are on the high side, but when I want ice cream, I don't want custard. I want decent quality hand dipped ice cream and they have it in bucket loads.

So many delicious flavors of ice cream! Milk shakes, banana split, ice cream in different cones, ice cream in different size cups with sprinkles or whatever you choose. The prices are good and the staff is friendly
