I have to admit I'm a bit of a coffee snob and am very selective. This place definitely has some of the best coffee I've had in awhile! Great flavors, selection and people! Owner and workers were tremendously nice and helpful.

My family and I stopped in to check this place out before heading back to my Dad's in Johnson City. Boy, am I glad we did! This is the best coffee shop I've ever been in, and I've been in quite a few. We were extremely impressed at the service, decor, and 98 flavors of syrup. 98! The next time we're in Pigeon Forge we will definitely be stopping back in!

Great atmosphere. Cozy little shop. The iced chai tea latte I had was good, but the cheesecake I got was a little too frozen yet tasty. Did a little knitting in one of the rocking chairs. I will be back!

I was looking forward to visiting this place. It did not disappoint. The baristas were helpful and friendly. The coffee was perfect. I got a muffin and it was delicious. The location is in the heart of Pigeon Forge but away from the business. I'm looking forward to going back.

We stopped in here yesterday just to check things out because it said they had gluten free items. We came back after we had lunch so Gail could try some gluten free chocolate cake and she said it was as good (or better) than any chocolate cake she had had. It was not sticky sweet, it was really good. Then we saw they had gluten free muffins however they were all out. The worker said she was going to be baking that afternoon and told us what kind she usually made. Then she asked what kind we were interested in and she would try to make those. We came back and bough 4 of them. They were delicious this morning and we still have 3 left.

Cute shop with great service. Our group either got a chai tea or an iced coffee. My daughter also got a coffee cake. Everyone enjoyed what they got and the shop was adorable and the staff was super friendly and efficient.

We have been to probably a hundred non-chain coffee houses across the eastern US. I am a true lover of coffee. This was literally the best hazelnut latte I’ve ever experienced. The syrup was ‘fresh’ tasting, if syrup can be described that way. My husband had a mint frost latte. Absolutely incredible. And the lady/owner/manager was so sweet. People, you’re missing out by staying on the main strip - turn left and your taste buds will love you!

Came across this little place while staying a few days in Pigeon Forge, and I can definitely say I'm glad I found it. Sometimes you just get tired of the Big Chain spots and just want to a nice hot cup of coffee on a cold day while supporting a local Independent Business. I can't remember the young lady's name that made my coffee two days in a row I might add, super friendly, great attitude and knows how to make a pretty decent latte LOL.

We have visited this area for several years now and just now stumbled across this wonderful place. Very cute shop with a welcoming atmosphere and we received great service. I tried a caramel apple butter latte and it was delicious! Definitely recommend checking them out if you are in the area.

Great coffee and wonderful people. I stop here every time we eat at the Pottery House Cafe. The atmosphere is so calm and peaceful. And their candles smell AMAZING. You won’t be sorry you stopped and supported this place!

Small local coffee shop, just like Starbucks without the prices. And honestly their baked selection here isn't really much, but it's delicious. My kids got the blueberry muffins and Angel food cake. And she offered to warm them....which made those blueberry muffins bangin. Beautiful shop, clean and with a KJV bible open for guests, it's hard to shy away from here. Close to all sorts of shops nearby with tons of options for lunch and afternoon shopping.

Came all the way from Michigan for this coffee, well sort of lol. Out traveling around and searched for a few coffee spots and this looked the best out of them all. Coffee was great and the young lady who took my order was very nice and offered some suggestions around the area. Great place should make a stop to grab a coffee here if you're in the area!

We desperately want this fine little coffee shop to make it, but there are a few things we would suggest. One is visiting an upscale coffee shop in Nashville or Memphis and take some tips on coffee preparation in the various modes. Though an Italian cappuccino is quite small, most regional shops including Starbucks offer different sizes. The staff was a bit flustered at the suggestion of a medium. The interior décor is really great. Well furnished. Nice leather big seats and love seats plus side room and attractive steel chairs and tables. Fantastic croissant with strawberries, bananas and chocolate drizzle. But the biggest issue is that there outdoor sign on the building is almost no visible from the highway. If I was trying to make a go of the business which to succeed must draw in customers from outside the area, I would put a lot of money in signage with few elements. It just doesn’t work at all. We will come back but I am hopeful for the cafe’s future that a new sign in the building plus one out on the highway will get addressed soon.

Great little coffee shop that really has A LOT of potential! Latte was good but pricey. Pigeon Forge really needs a great coffee spot that isn't a chain, this could easily become just that! Spending some time at another tried-and-true popular coffee shop could help. They need more listings on their menu, flavors of the month, suggested flavors like honey lavender, turtle, white chocolate raspberry, etc. Also having sugar free options other than vanilla and caramel would be great. Expensive coffee is fine, if you can back it up with the flavor and quality of coffee. Consistency is key as well. If I order the same latte every day, I want it to taste the same every day. Just little tweaks and they could be an amazing coffee shop which is so needed in that area! I would be happy to talk with manager/owner with other tips I have as a customer. They have a great base and could be amazing with a few tweaks!
