Sarah was an amazing server!! We received the best service I have ever received at a Waffle House. We had 2 kids with us and she was patient and kind. Our drinks never got empty. She wasn't overbearing and at our table every 3 minutes but enough to let us know she was paying attention.

I visited this Waffle House on a family to Tennessee. The four stars is for the overall experience. The food was really a three stars. There was nothing exceptional or impressive about it. The ambiance is modern. So if you are looking for the old Waffle House feel, this is not the place to go. Now the service is great. First of all the waiting line moves really fast. Ashley was our server. The reason I remember her name is because her name is upside down on her name tag. She was delightful. I had specific chosen to come here for the steak and eggs outside of the waffles and slightly let down when I did not see it on the menu. When Ashley approached us and asked us if we had been to a Waffle House before we said yes and asked us if we wanted her to go through her shpeal, we said yes. I am happy we said yes because she told of the items that were not on the menu. And yes the steak and eggs were there. Even though it was not the most amazing steak and eggs I have had, it was exactly what I wanted and I was satisfied. The service was quick. Ashley had a great sense of humor. I really liked how the whole kitchen worked together. It is really impressive. That is one of the things I really like about waffle houses is how the kitchen is right there in front of you. I will always pick a place where I can see the kitchen. It was a fantastic experience overall. The price is also worth it. I highly recommend.

Was my first time at a waffle house. I really enjoyed it. Waffle was Huge and the waiter was awesome. Clean place, good location and not too far from so many attractions.

Visited from Chicago and every time I see a Waffle House I must stop. I first tried it in Florida and fell in love. Gave it a try here, I tried the pumpkin spice waffle which was so good I wish I got another one to go. But I had the Texas patty melt, which they gave me burnt toast and all I can taste was burnt. My burger was also a little dry and overcooked especially since the patty was so thin. Overall it was ok & I was expecting better.

I hadn't been to a Waffle House in probably 20 years (live too far north😒) but it was exactly as I remembered it! They were extremely accommodating to our family of 4 children 7 and under. Our kids loved sitting at the counter watching our food being cooked. Everything was quick, delicious, and super nostalgic!

Loved this Waffle House!!! The Staff was so inviting and made me miss the Southern Hospitality. I'm originally from Mississippi but have been residing in Omaha, Nebraska since 1986. So this was an awesome experience for me. Plus the Wifey got to see what I've been talking about. The Southern Hospitality
