This is our favorite place to eat at Dollywood, as we are annual pass holders and visit often. It's also one of the more economical ways to get a tasty, filling meal inside the park. We spent about $26 USD for 2 people to get cheeseburger and fry meals with a drink refill in our AP cups. This is a place we visit every time we are at the park, without question. Also, the cookies are really good as well!

It's obviously not a true drive-thru experience. But the burgers are good. We liked and disliked some things. There are 4 options burger, cheese burger, bacon burger, or a turkey wrap. The burgers are decent size and have a good taste. So 0 complaints there. It's the condiment island that's meh. Too many hands reaching in for our taste. The chili cheese fries are great! The chili is really good. Well seasoned and not spicy. My only complaint is that they don't add enough. 😔 The service isn't overly friendly. They are in the mindset of getting as many people serviced in as short of a time as possible. The eating area is clean but can get messy when they are busy. Overall, it's a good spot. We will definitely do it again. Pros: Great chili, good burgers, large eating area Cons: Price, condiment island, service

Thick juicy burger. Buns were toasted and crunchy. Lettuce, tomato, and onions were served as an open bar. Fries were crinkle cut and crispy. They were served in a cup. Around $15 for burger and fries.

Great diner vibes, the food came out hot and it came out quick. Menu was small but everything tasted good. Nice place to sit down and enjoy a meal.

For quick theme park food, not great, not terrible. The plus is that you have a fixins bar and the pickles were tasty... so for $14 you can get a cheeseburger, fries and make a nice salad... Pictured is a double (+ ~$4), I was 10K steps in and hungry....

This place is always hopping and it’s easy to see why… fresh burgers and fries with a fresh topping burger bar so you can have as much or as little toppings as you want. Today they offered thick cut large yellow onions, shredded lettuce, thick cut large tomato slices , and think cut pickles. The veggies are kept cool in the bar and everything was fresh and crisp. They had plenty of employees keeping a careful watch on keeping everything in the dining room clean and everyone was having a good time. Reds is centered on a heartfelt story where Dolly Parton used to eat at a place similar, with Red being the owner of the establishment, he used to cook burgers on a cast iron skillet on a wood stove. Dolly was a child and teen in the 50s and 60s and so she grew up in the car culture and general vibe of this era and I’m sure that’s what inspires Reds and the theme park land around it. Dolly’s preferred mode of transportation is a classic car around the park and Reds is real close to her museum, tour bus, and one of the most state of the art theaters in the park starring her own family members.

If you want to have a little nostalgia in your life, this is it. Stop in and go back in time when life was less complicated. You almost want to look around for the Fonz.

Food came out fresh & hot. They have a station for toppings. Which was very clean. The employees tried their best to wipe the tables off before someone else sat down. With the volume of customers I was impressed by this. It was nice to be able to fill my water bottle up with ice & water at no charge especially since it was so hot. That's the only way I can get my granddaughter to drink water with a lot of ice. The lady that took our order was so nice. The only downside is all burgers are priced with cheese. We don't do cheese.

Burger was very good love being able to put my own sides on. You are paying theme park pricing.

Food is decent, but it is definitely overpriced. That is kind of the case all around the park. Theme parks are notorious for fleecing you inside the park. This is no different. It is a solid choice in the park though if you are looking for food! I do like the old-timey diner atmosphere!!! It is nice to be nostalgic sometimes!!!

Red’s Diner is the best place to eat at Dollywood! The food is so good and the staff is so friendly, especially Denise! I will definitely visit this diner everytime I visit Dollywood.

Whenever we take the grands to Dollywood, this is where they want to eat. The burgers and fries are good. They used to have really good hotdogs but, for some reason, discontinued those.

This is a restaurant inside the Dollywood theme park. The prices were high but reasonable for a theme park. The food was great, their fries are amazing!plenty of things to put on you burger.minus 1 star because this milkshake machine and one self serve drink machine were out of service which caused long lines just to get a drink.
