Looked like the picture that was on the menu and it was delicious...bigger than expected. Big steak omelettte plus it comes with 3 pancakes There is a gift shop as you walk in the door...nice touch

From meeting Mario at the front check in to being served, it was a very positive experience! Nick, Carla, & Jasson were our servers on different days and each of them were fantastic. Orders were correct & nothing seemed to be out of the question. A sense of humor & politeness was evident. And it just wasn’t with us but with all their customers. To see them work together and help each other also was impressive. The food was hot and delicious and exactly how we ordered it. The clean up crew was attentive without being intrusive. Gave only 4 stars for atmosphere because on the weekends it’s packed…but that’s a good thing isn’t it!

As many reviews have expressed, this ihop is truly a cut above all over ihops. Not just other ihops, it rivals many other breakfast places. In a town like pigeon forge, there is one on every corner! Why open a big chain breakfast place here?! This is why. Because someone who knows how to run a restaurant was up for the challenge.
This ihop has a gift shop. Smart. Prices in there are a little high for stuffed animals but the other trinkets seemed reasonable. My son loved checking out all the toys!
We were greeted by three different employees And sat immediately. Our waiter was Maxwell (I believe) and he was amazing. He was so friendly, had the greatest calming tone to his voice and was GREAT with our kids. This says alot to me about his character. Our drinks (including a milkshake) came out in minutes. We ordered food and had all 4 meals at the table in about 10 minutes. Manager came and checked on us. Maxwell kept our drinks full and was so pleasant.
We had Cinnabon crepes, cheese omelet, hash brown, Mac and cheese, steak omelet (without steak), fried potatoes, coffee, water, and a strawberry milkshake. Everything was cooked perfectly.
Additionally, the entire establishment was so clean! Everyone’s uniforms were spotless and at the level of professional I’d expect at a fancy eatery. I also overheard a different server say as she brought a full table of entrees “I have the memory of dory from finding Nemo. I’ll need you’re help with who got what.” I nearly choked on my crepe.
I did visit the bathroom and it was very clean.
I cannot say enough how perfect this visit was. Menu has expanded to include many options for everyone. Healthy? Vegetarian? Meat substitute? They’ve got it. Only negative, the vegetarian sausage isn’t good. Maybe change brands. There are plenty of tastier options out there.
If you are looking for breakfast in pigeon forge, come to this ihop! Plus, they don’t close at 2pm like everyone else!!!

We had a great experience for breakfast this morning. Being a Sunday morning we knew it would probably be packed. We had about a 30 min wait which wasn’t bad. Loved the gift shop and so did our daughter. We had Joan as a server and she was very nice and helpful. The food was amazing! Got the breakfast sampler and everything was awesome. Clean place and friendly people. Will be back if we’re ever in Pigeon Forge again!

IHop was the only place open after 10 in Pigeon Forge on Thursday night. Food was hot and fresh, and the seasoning was delicious. The server was okay. Great promotion deal for burgers. The restaurant has a gift shop located inside.

We all know IHOP gets a bad rep because usually at most locations it’s subpar at best. But when I say this is probably the best one I have been to, it’s not a joke. The service was outstanding and the food was wonderful! We want to thank Katie for everything! Would highly recommend!

This is my favorite IHOP! Every time we go the food is scrumptious and the staff are genuinely kind. The wait times are never bad and often we get a seat right away. I enjoy how the menu brings new and seasonal things to try each time we visit. The food here is made more speedily than at other IHOPs I've visited and the chefs pay attention to quality. I've even seen a chef peer into the dining room making sure everyone is enjoying their food. The staff look happy too. I always enjoy coming to this happy cozy place!

Stopped there for dinner with family. Service was great, fast, friendly. Food was delicious. I love that now ihop offers gluten free options, those pancakes are the bomb! And kids ate free with purchase of our adult meals.

Very patient staff when going with a large family. They took time to understand each order precisely. There was not too long of a wait either. Nice gift shop attached to the dining area. If there was an employee there I definitely would have bought some fun bear souvenirs.

Nice to see so many more people here both working and eating since our last trip. Staff is extremely friendly and kind. Love that they use a digital ticket system, helps limit errors bated on hand writing or delay bringing ticket to kitchen. Bathrooms are very clean and well checked.

It was so cold in there. It's too cold to sit and enjoy the food. When the waitresses are wearing jackets, it's simply too cold. I even had 2 jackets on. Food was great, and the service was great.

Pretty busy location on the weekends which may lead to waiting. Good food and the servers are kind. The restaurant was clean. We had a party of 10. They had our table ready. Our server was super nice.

Wish I could do more than 5 stars! Thank God for this place bc me and my fiancé lost track of time and no one else was open, doors were locking early and lines weren't moving either. This place took us in with no attitude whatsoever to give us a quick meal 15 minutes before closing! Thank you guys!!
