Good hot food as always. Manager on duty was fantastic. About to have bad storm and he was nice to help us stay away from windows till it past. Very friendly and professional.

Nice and crispy chicken sandwich at a decent price. I got it with the pimento cheese and they were pretty generous with it. They only had a couple people working so things were a bit slow but overall, they did a great job and the food was tasty.

Drive thru service was quick, there was no line when we arrived. was greeted immediately. Person took order, answered a couple of questions. Food was piping hot and ready when we got to the window. bo-berry biscuit was the reason we chose this place for dinner and the person at the window was happy

Stopped here heading towards Dollywood and had the pleasure of being blessed to meet a gentleman by the name of Dylan who worked here! He was a breath of fresh air, as I only dropped for biscuits!! BOYYYYY… those bojangle biscuits were the Bomb.com!!! And that chicken- my nephew and I TOE’IT’UP 😂🤣🤣
Bojangles is by far my favorite of all the fast food chicken chains I've tried. They have the best chicken with a nice crispy skin and their dirty rice and biscuits with pimento cheese are amazingly delicious.
This particular Bojangles was delightful. The cashier, when hearing me joke about my husband and I arguing over what drink to get, gave us an extra cup for no charge. She was so pleasant the whole time. Service was fast, and everything was tidy.
