My wife and I tried Krystals for the first time today! Never had them before! Their Krystal sandwiches are sliders, typically like Cheeseburgers, but sliders. We tried the Pick 5 Deal: 2 Cheese Krystals (one with Modifications), a Corn Pup (Corn Dog), a Chilli Cheese Pup (Chilli Cheese Dog), and some fries and added a drink. The service was very friendly and helpful and our food was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely stop here again!

It’s fast food. The burgers are good. The tatertots could have been cooked more. But the burgers are pretty tasty. They weren’t hot enough though, the cheese wasn’t melted. Otherwise, it’s fast food. They are a slight bit expensive. Otherwise, well, as I’ve said, it’s fast food.

So I grew up on Krystal's back when they were much much cheaper. I haven't had any in years, as they don't exist in Virginia. It was just as I remembered. Soo good! Everyone was nice. The service was good. it just looks like all the original 70's decor. The bathroom needs an update as well as the old carpet and furniture. Service was quick, but I would say, this one is amongst so much competition that it looks like the people have forgotten it's there. It was a weekend, and no one was there. So sad, because it's so good, definitely better than a cookout, in my opinion. On of the last greats still open

Got sent on a Krystal run for the house. At the time you were not able to go inside, so we had to go through the drive through. Ordered 25 burgers and 25 chick's. They told me that it would be about 10-15 mins and they would bring them out, which I had no problem with. Parked out front and waited about 25mins later I had to go up to the door and bang on it to get there attention. Once someone came, I asked about my order and he said "oh right". Went grabbed it and brought it to me. They were a tad busy most of the time, but would have given 5* if they hadn't forgotten about me with a 50 item order.

This is one of our favorite places. They don't have one where we live, but THANK YOU for still being great....now, I do not like the new French fries ..please can we have the old ones back ..lol but the girl was great and on point and it was hot

We ordered a dozen Krystal burgers, 2 pups with onions & mustard and large fries. It all taste great, the restaurant was clean and organized, the staff friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Delicious food.

Cheeseburgers in Paradise - we used to have a Krystals in Charleston, SC; loved seeing Krystals in Statesboro, GA - never seen another on in North or South Carolina nor North of Sylvania, GA but you can find 'em here.
Reminds me of the FRANCHISE WARS IN COLUMBIA, SOUTH CAROLINA in the 1970's & 1980's.
A tragedy still seen today if one ever desires a BK grilled cheeseburger in the heart of Dixie & U.S.C.
A rich man's State since the 1600's; I look forward to the Blessed day Dolly Parton just buys the entire State and turns it into a free museum.

Tryed the new .50 cent each wings and they turned out to be actually pretty good. So they are not real spicy either I would say give them a try if you like chicken wings.

Awful experience, our first order had sandwiches so cold the cheese didnt melt..the second order was warm but tasteless.
The staff didnt even greet us, no grin, didnt talk we just ordered with little interactions.
They did apologize for the cold food and rock hard bread.

Worst.Service.Ever. It took 20 minutes to get food. Staff was indifferent and could care less. No apology. Restaurant was dirty.

The burgers and the service was great. There are no Krystals near where I live in Florida so I was looking forward to eating some. I was very happy and the attendant, Ryan, was great and was very quick. I had a problem with doing the survey which is on your reciept. If you go online and take the survey, they give you a code which gives you 3 free burgers but only if you buy a medium drink and a medium fries. That will cost you $4.05. BUT you can buy the combo of three burgers AND a small drink AND a small fries for $2.99. So the survey offer is a scam and I would not bother doing it at all.

Best place to buy drugs if your on Vacation or a Local fast food an fast service an with a smile . The manager special is whoever they call that day to see what they can get there hands on .
