Food was hot and fresh, service was great considering how busy they were. The lobby was clean as well as the drink station. The 1 star reviews for charging for sauces is petty. This is a real good BK.
Ordered delivery through the app while on vacation and I ended up screwing up the address, so I called to see if we could update it. Lady was SUPER SUPER SUPER helpful and had my back. She really saved my family's night. Thanks gal!

If this was the BK right off the 40 going to Knoxville, let me tell about them! Amazing! Friendly! On point! Helpful! Cared about the customers! If there is a cranky old lady working, sidestep, she is mean, and nobody likes her. But everybody else is amazing, and she should be fired.
Eaten at this location a few times. Consistent food and a courteous staff. Only eaten inside once for breakfast, but good atmosphere for fast food. Tables were clean and counter staff was friendly.
