This place was awesome. This was My first time to eat at cicis and I loved the food it was really great.

I ate at cc pizza Eastgate Cincinnati Ohio and it was disgusting, we want to pigeon Forge to visit family and wedding stopped at cc on the way home best pizza I ever ate friendly people ��our next visit to pigeon Forge most definitely will be stopping there again to eat lunch I loved it five stars

My family loves Cici’s pizza, the one near us (Johnson City) closed several years ago. We stopped in at this location and was greeted with a smile and friendly service, food is always great and at great prices. Workers also keeping tables and plates return nice and clean. This location is a great place to eat and kids can also enjoy the arcade.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been to several CiCi's pizzas before but every time I come to Gatlinburg we always stop here. The staff and manager were all super friendly. My daughter asked if they could make a BBQ and pineapple pizza (don't ask she has weird taste!) But they had it ready for her nice and fresh in just a few minutes! The food itself was hot and so great! We always feel as if we get a good amount of food for the price! Desserts were great too!
Very good. Price has went up was $14 for 1 person. Other then that I asked my pizza that wasn't on there they made it and it was perfect. Definitely need to try the Mac n cheese pizza
The pizza was fresh and hot. The staff kept up with replacing pizzas as they were being eaten. The staff was friendly and uniforms were clean.
What kept me from 5 ⭐:
The tomatoes and cucumber on the salad bar were not great in quality.
The tile on the walls near the booths need to be cleaned. They had fried food, probably from kids hands, on them.
Otherwise the restaurant was clean. Bathroom was clean. The food was good.
Buffet style pizza and salad, with a variety of pizzas and pastas. A budget friendly restaurant that fits the bill if you're hungry! It also has an arcade with a dozen or so games, including air hockey and basketball. Overall, it's an economical option for a family night out.
So happy to find a Cici's as they're all boarded up in Ohio! Pizza selection was great and staff kept it well stocked and hot. Very friendly service! Everything was clean and well maintained.
We got there when they opened. The pizzas were hot and fresh. They kept a good supply on the bar even though they filled up pretty fast. Place was clean.
This is probably the best CiCis we’ve been too. Pizza was decent. It was super busy so they were having a hard time keeping the bar stocked. I personally think it’s pretty weird they don’t have cup lids out for customers to grab. When you have little kids that destroy lids and you have to go ask for another. The tables weren’t getting cleaned very quickly after previous guests were finished is really my biggest gripe.
Staff was friendly,greeted us with a smile. Buffet was a little pricey but understandable given where it's located. Plenty of different varieties,so there's something for everyone. Not a lot of sweets to choose from but you came for the pizza anyway. Would highly recommend,especially if you have kids.
It was a great place to run in and grab a late evening meal after a hike. The pizza was hot and fresh, the staff warm and friendly. The atmosphere is really not their fault, but there were some obnoxious guest that would run to the bar every time pizza came out and stack their plate 7-8 slices high.
Awesome food service friendly clean fully stocked buffet salad bar needs some adjustments but fully stocked also.
We have missed our local CiCis so this was a good treat, $10 buffet- couldn't beat it!
Food hot and good. Place is super spacious and clean. If I had small kids I’d feel comfortable bringing them here. Will visit again.
This was the best food I have had at a cici's. It was 9 when we got there and they close at 10 so I was so surprised that all the food was so fresh and delicious.
