I am Very satisfied with this restaurant! I have been going here once or twice a month for years. They are always very nice and clean. Great service. Food is always hot and fresh. They are always quick to fix a problem, the very few times I have had an issue. Their great customer service keeps me coming back.
So clean and of course the food was fantastic!! Sure do wish we still had LJS where I'm from. I miss the crunchies and the malt vinegar.

Four stars instead of five because of the staffing. Nice lady was working and taking orders and making the food by herself. Everything was correct and fresh. She was moving as quickly as she could. She apologized for the wait multiple times. Just need more people like her working. Food was good just the way we remembered it.
Christmas eve day. Closed at 5pm. We arrived at 30 minutes before closing. Takes till after 5 pm to receive our food..was order to go. Mistakenly receive to dine in. Corrected it. Get back to our destination and we are missing my extra fish.. but it was a holiday. Food was average at best. But staff very friendly
While in pigeon forge we were tired of waiting all day for a table so we chose longjohns since there aren’t any around us anymore. They were short staff but were still extremely nice and had a smile on there face. The food took awhile but they let us know up front it would take awhile and we were totally fine just just sit and relax. The food was great nice and hot. A lot of places could take advice from these girls!!!
Had to wait 34 mins to get our food the lobby is closed so had to go thur drive thur cuz the virus which is fine by me but it was hot and fresh, We DONT have 1 back home so I’ve been craving LJS It was worth the wait time only problem I had when I got back to the room I opened the box up and looked and my fish was left out . I was ill I waited that long and to find out my food was missing I wasn’t go to wait n the line again for something they left out. . The only complaint after the fish ordeal was the chicken was a lil dry shrimp was great too!
Stopped in for a quick lunch, no drive thru went on the inside. Staff was friendly, restaurant clean just outdated. Food was cooked to order, fresh and good. Ate inside since it was not crowded at all. Will return for a quick cheap meal.
Food was hot fresh and very good the place was clean and the staff was very nice friendly and helpful only if more place were like this in pigeon forge
I eat here 3 to 4 times a week. Everything is normally excellent, but I still don't order the fries. My sister used to work at a Long John Silver's and she told me that - when it gets busy - there simply isn't time to let the fryer heat back up to the very hot temp needed to make fries properly crisp. So I simply order okra instead; it doesn't need a temp any higher than the one used to cook fish.
We walked right in wearing required masks (Covid) and we're promptly greeted and order taken. Around 2:30 on a Monday. Drive thru calm. Food fast and fresh. Pleasant service. Glad we chose this place. Dined in with very limited seating. Very clean.
Kim is the absolute best manager ever!!! She makes sure ur fish is hotttt! & fresh! The slaw is superb a must have!! The hush puppies are to die for! & The Service She offers is the best I've ever had! Just remember as u sit in line a few minutes you are getting fresh Hot meals not something under a burner all day! Love this place! Love you Kim thank u for not being rude judgmental or prejudice u treated me & my wife(we r a mixed couple) with the ur most respect no nasty stares or rude snide comment ur the best!!
