Went here and I thought it took a bit long as we only ordered drinks. My card declined. 2nd card also declined. Not sure why but I think it was their system. Manager gave whole order for free, and for that they deserve 5 stars!

We ordered a variety of burgers and drinks. The food was okay but a bit sloppy and far too many condiments. The drinks were great and the staff was exceptionally friendly.
Pigeon Forge was so busy we opted for Sonic. Only drive up was open due to staffing. Got food timely. Yummy onion rings.

Not enough staff. Drive through only was available. Expect to wait up to 30 minutes in drive thru. Be patient. Food is fantabulous and worth the wait.
Power went out right when we ordered our food. The staff was amazing and kept great customer service throughout a hectic time!
Lovely Drive In! Friendly staff, delicious onion rings- best anywhere! Love the cozy, Smoky Mountain ambiance of this restaurant. We will be back!!
