Most times the English muffins are burnt along the edges, but this location does an amazing job of cooking their items to perfection. This is always a staple for us when we stay in Pigeon Forge. It was your typical McDonald's. Not so.fast food but it was fine. The mobile app was working. The staff didn't seem too polite but it is what it is.
Food and service was good, seems to be newly renovated but was turned off a bit by employees (3) on break and smoking at tables to front entrance. Dinning area was not tended too with trash and food on floor. Food and service was great though.
This was actually the biggest McDonald's I have ever been it. It is double the size of most restaurants I have seen before. Even though it was huge, the line to eat inside was small. They have the kiosks to order from too. The wait for the food took a while, but it was good. Highly recommend for any
This is probably the nicest, and cleanest McDonald's that I have ever been to! The bathroom are high quality and well kept.
