Love this Starbucks Location! Everyone is great here! I get a drink multiple times a week and they are all so nice and always make my drink exactly how it’s supposed to be!
Chantal (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was very friendly and he made a delicious pumpkin latte for me. Also I bought a cute little mug there 😍
The staff was extremely friendly and very patient with me while I figured out what my group ordered. My cloud thing was really good and strong. The staff even worked well with one another. Will definitely be back

Kim is a very nice lady. I stop coming here because for the price I pay for the coffee they seem to mess it up. One day I had Kim and let her know my past experience with the coffee people made me. She went out of her way to make sure it was done right. So from that day I only come when she is work
Kim is very nice even though she is by herself most of the time. She makes my day everytime I go in there. Her coffee is so much better than any other shops here in town. I love that she is always happy and smiling.
Jeff is one of the best Baristas there is. I had a White Peach Lemon Tea..very tasty. He has waited on me several times and gives great service! Go to the Starbucks at Pigeon Forge Kroger! when you are visiting the area or if you live there.
I love this Starbucks it is the best one in Sevier County. The girl Kim that works there everyday is my fav I love her. She knows what I want before I even tell her. She is a hard worker and does the best she can with her small crew.

I love this Starbucks! The girls there make amazing drinks and work so hard even when they work by themselves. They have been short staffed and their hours are odd now but they always make my drink awesome!
