Multiple trips and always has the best coffees and unsweet iced teas! Please come to FL and show them how it's supposed to be done!!

America runs on Dunkin. Doughnuts were fresh, coffee was fresh. Staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean. Tables and eating atea very well kept. Convenient location but traffic in this area can be complex at best. Plenty of parking.
Coffee was great. Enjoyed Breakfast Sandwiches. Had a egg and cheese on english muffin and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Donut holes were melt in your mouth good. What I would expect from a chain store. Service was quick and pleasant. Greeted us with a smile.
Clean and fresh restaurant. Well lit. Immaculate restrooms. The staff are super friendly, really customer focused and truly make your business feel appreciated.
Wanted to sit and chat, take a break. Stopped here and loved our selections. We had the caramel latte iced drink, bacon egg and cheese breakfast wrap, and coffee! All was fantastic!
It's a Pigeon Forge Dunkin. It's expensive as all get out. But, the iced coffee I got was good, and my wife's coffee was so hot it could liquefy aluminum.
Otherwise, stop in if you have a bit. It'll take some time. We've been to this location several times and the story remains the same.
Parking lot is actually roomy though with plenty of spots to use. It's nice to grab a coffee on the way out of town, and use the spots in the back of the lot to reorganize any last bit of luggage you may have acquired on your trip in the Smokies.

They make it great. Iced coffee in the morning 5 am they are just as happy and awake as can be . Great ladies to wake up with .... or to probably
Of all the dunkins we visit...this one is the best. At night they are very understaffed bu the two or 3 guys that are usually there do a very very good job at being efficient under pressure. One think I'm disappointed in is the drinks ALWAYS seem to be very very different depending on who makes it. These were Sunday morning with NO coffee drank from them. Staff is always great though. I think it is one of the better locations around.
Stopped by to get some road treats for the little ones as we headed out site seeing. The staff was very friendly and service was quick.
Prices much higher here than Ma., but the order was perfect.
Went right before closing(which I hate to do) and the girls working were so nice! Our drinks were perfect as well!
