Pulled pork sandwich was great. Friendly staff. Depends what you order price is around $9.00 a meal.

Very good. It was fall off the bone tender pulled pork an ribs.very good smoke flavor just right amount smoke. Potato casserole an slaw was good. The staff was very friendly. They told us if we kept our yellow cup we could come in anytime a refill it. I will tell everyone I know about this place will differently come back.
This place is amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and the service was quick, the franchise owner even came out and introduced himself, I always appreciate that kind of hospitality. I am a huge brisket fan and they didn't disappoint. It was fresh cut as soon as I ordered it, juicy, warm, and just right on the seasoning. I topped it with the sweet BBQ and had a perfect sandwich, buttery bread was a nice addition. Also had mac and cheese (tasted homemade), and creamed spinach (was just like spinach and artichoke dip), both were top notch. I will be coming back here often for that amazing brisket. Don't pass this place up, you'd be missing some high quality meat and great service, quick at that.
It's sits kinda hidden on the parkway, we tried this place during Rod Run. We greeted by two extremely nice workers who explained the menu, as we had never been to one of these locations. The food was great, brisket was delicious. We tried 3 different side items, all of them were good too. No complaints here, will go back when we are in the area.
The food was very good! I visited a location in California a few and when we stopped by the location in Tennessee I knew we were going to have a good bite to eat. I was sad when several parties left because they ran out of pulled pork. All I kept saying is they don't know what they are missing. The ribs were tender and tasty along with the brisket, baked beans, sausage and the creamed spinach. Dickeys is a small place that offers a WHOLE LOT!
My family (my wife, our 7-year-old son, our 3-year-old son, and I) ate here for dinner on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 around 7 PM following our day at Dollywood (and being ignored at the nearby Denny’s). They were out of ribs, which was fine as none of us eat them on a regular basis. There were two people working, and they seemed to really be trying to do their best, which was nice to see (it made us feel appreciated as customers). Our food was great, with each of us enjoying what we got. There were also some issues with the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, but to help fix the situation, the employees had provided as many of the missing flavors in two-liter bottles on the counter. Many other places would have just shrugged their shoulders at the situation and the expense of their customers. I think we may be back next time we visit Pigeon Forge!
