I use the mobile app to place my order. When I arrive I complete the purchase. By the time I go inside it is usually ready! I earn points for free food and there are discounts to boot! Best way to do it for hassle free experience.
Very rude to customers( only some ) very nice managers. Other coworkers arent very nice. Food is good. I ordered a frappe and they didn't even hand it to me just put it outside the window. Morning staff absolutely pleasant and amazing:)
Really don't like having to use a kiosk to order inside so only use drive thru now. Hardly any one smiles there anymore...what happened?
I love their daily specials. I dislike having to update their app every couple of weeks. But they do have the best app. It doesn't charge you until you pull into the parking lot. And if you go to the wrong store it moves the order for you. Just FYI
Pam who works the pay window always polite and states to have a good day. The pickup window staff typically shove items out the window without saying anything, or even looking at you. So rude!!! Food typically ok, occasionally cold but ok otherwise.
Milk for us not a very nice place on a Friday night too busy for them! Tried to order three Sundays and instead of them being a dollar like they used to be now they are almost $3 a piece not a very good place when you take off something that you didn't want for the price!
