We enjoyed an afternoon treat at Starbucks last Friday. My friend and I sat at an outside table with our coffee and lemon pound cake with a lovely breeze blowing while we chatted and people-watched. Staff was friendly and accomodating and our coffee and snack were delicious.
I heard that management changed a couple months ago. At first, you could see those changes come through in a very positive way but lately it’s back to the same lack of customer service that was before. Whether I order off a third party app or go directly there, the staff seems so stressed that they
I placed an order of a Cafe Latte for pickup and my drink was hot water and steamed milk with no coffee or espresso in it. I also asked for cinnamon on top and that was not on the drink either. I could not drink my drink and had to throw it away. I would not recommend going to this location.
I remember a time when it did not matter which Starbucks you went to, the drinks all tasted the same consistently. Now you are lucky if they get your order correct! Decline in quality.
Terrible service. Awful. The so called assistant manager Tiffany was very rude. She didn’t give my change back which I don’t really care. Then they messed up my order they refused to remake it. Very rude and obnoxious ppl.

I’ve been to this Starbucks many times, and each time I ordered here they always poorly make my drinks. I ordered a cold brew and it was very bitter and watery. I had also ordered a strawberry açaí refresher and it was literally just water with a pink tint to it. I wouldn’t recommend coming here.
