Review Burger King - Piney Flats

I don't even really like burger King but I've come through twice over the last week. Both times (around lunch) the food has been pretty good. The women at the drive through today (4 21 2022 at 2:15 pm) was charming. Give her a raise.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at bk!!! If I could give it a -11 I would. My mom and I stopped on the way to taking me to college in Piney Flats and they did us so dirty. We pull up starving to death, and when we start to order our food in the drive through when the dude has to have us resay our order 15 times (hearing aid much) plus he was rude and still didn’t get the order right. Once we get to the window the older lady hands us our food, we drive down the road stop to eat where shade is. Once we are stopped and getting the food out I hand my mom her burger, it had many long hairs inside. My burger was okay so we shared it but how distasteful. We waited for more than 6 minutes and we were in a hurry. There was no one else in the drive through. So gross, and will be the last time I ever eat there ever again.

If there is a sign that says there is one employee working there is a definite problem. From the outside appearance of the building to the slow and agonising wait time to receive a 1/10 quality meal there is a something just truly broken about this location. I’m more than positive the employees I have seen here have been definitely on meth and proposing numerous health code violations to the general public. I made the mistake of wanting chicken fries that I hadn’t had in almost 10 years. I know staffing levels are bad but it is truly just pitiful that there are locations like this that cannot even fulfil a jovial order, the bare minimum of doing bare minimum isn’t even capable of being achieved. I cannot believe this place hasn’t been closed.

Awesome staff and fast service and meal was still nice and hot. Got the best chicken fries and honest mustard and burger is so good reminds me of back in the back school burgers which was amazing.

We lived about 20 minutes away. My kids wanted Burger King so we drove there. Ordered 2 orders of chicken nuggets, 2 fries, 2 double cheeseburgers, and 2 whoppers for my husband and I. EVERYTHING was crammed into one tiny bag so I couldn’t really look through it in the car. Got home and realized we only had 1 whopper in our bag. So now my husband has to run back out and get something for dinner. I get it’s just a whopper but come on. We obviously aren’t gonna drive another 40 minutes to turn around and get what we should’ve have in the first place.

Very good for the price fries are the best than any fast food in elizabethton tn

Just wanted to say, the side salads are great!! They are always so fresh, and you can’t beat the price! Thank you for always having those available! Me and my husband get these about 3 times a week! Also, breakfast employees are super friendly!

The Burger King in Piney Flats is really bad!! Got a cheeseburger and it had so much mustard on it you could not even eat it, fries had so much grease on them that it had leaked on the cheeseburger. The place was nasty, something needs to be done at this place, if the health inspector passed them, then something is wrong!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered french toast sticks on my way to work yesterday, and they were AWFUL. They were crunchy and old. The kids play area has also been torn up for a long time. There is also an attitude problem with the morning crew.
